Bob and Shelley Again

I've been running BASA with Htf = 1440 since mid Feb, so far I'm really pleased with the results but more time will tell.
Around +600 pips so far.

Need some help with BASA. It says that it made 5 trades, all winners even it didn't make any. How can I check where the problem is?

The magicnumber is OOTB set to 0 so the EA will count all trades made without magicnumber on the pair you attach the EA, and show this on the display

Oh okay. So I just need to change that then. However, I have not made any trades today.

I'll try changing the magic number first and see what happens.

this is almost for the last month or the period you have set to show your tradehistory in the Crapplatform..

Yes it is designed for H4 please read the at least the last 40-50 pages of this thread and the UG you find attached with the first post, this will answer a lot of questions..

Thanks for sharing Bobasker...I have contemplated myself trying BASA on the daily timeframe, but haven't got around to setting it up. I think I will now! Obviously even less trades than H4 but a higher probability I would think.

Did you adjust JS/BE parameters?

Hi Shelley, the only thing I've changed is the Htf, on the 4 hour chart I was getting plenty of trades but my account was slowly going backwards.
For comparison, on the 4 hour chart over the period of one month I had a total of 32 trades, not one trade hit the target of 300 pips or the JS, over the same time period on the daily I've had a total of 8 trades, 2 hitting the 300 pip target, 2 getting stoped out at the 50 pip JS and 4 stoped out at BE.

It's going to take a few months of testing on the daily, but for now I'm really happy with it's progress.
