Usually it's a bad "print" as they call it. Try to "refresh" your chart, then as Steve says, call the broker.

This was due to a pricing error on our main feed handler. The problem has been fixed and the live charts were amended.

We had a few clients that ran into issues but all affected trades were amended or reopened at our expense.

The demo charts will be fixed within 24 hours.

Screwed my forward test of HGB.... :arrrg:
Several charts were involved, HUGE spikes like CHF-massacre on AUD, NZD and JPY charts.
Refreshing then closing Empty4 didn't help.

How are people going this week, i'm down 1700 pips for the week on 21 pairs, no CHF... I have made a few changes with less stacked trades and hard TP and SL's.....

Yes, but i would like to know how people are going, i have seen the system have a series of stop out in certain conditions and or if the market it changing direction, I just would like to know if people are experiencing the same as i am.....
