Ok,

That's what I thought as well. I currently have 2 pairs that have a CSS of below 2.5 and the RSI below 2.

Did you have any trade made yet with the new system?

I just saw that in my screenshot on the EURNZD, the CSS turned to 2.5 in stead of 2.48. So only one pair is valid.

Yes I have a buystop on GBPNZD.

If the color is Goldenrod and RSI is below 2 or above 98, the EA should give you a pending order.

I have the same buystop pending order on GBPNZD, still waiting it to be triggered.

You can switch off the CSS filter and go back to the previous version, if you feel you are not getting enough trades.

I'll stick with the CSS for the moment.

The old method produced about 30 to 40 trades a week. W'll see what happens with the current setup.

My gut feeling says that there is something wrong with version 2.04, but maybe it is my set file.

Where did the set file come from?

You will need to create a new one for version 2,04, because some of the settings have changed.

Yep, you are right. I've used the previous set file and that is probably the problem.

I'll make a new one and adjust it to my wishes.

Great work. I think a lot of people in the Forex community are looking to much for a fast win. That is why you see a new holy grail posted almost every day on this forum. I hope you and others will keep faith in the chosen path and continue to improve your amazing effort!

You are 100% correct, people in the Forex community think they are going to throw an EA on a chart and sit back and clean up, NOT POSSIBLE.

I've been trading successfully for 23+ years now, not with Empty4 but trading my long term strategy and I can honestly say I have not found a successful way of trading on a daily basis.

I have learnt myself to program with the goal, of making money on a daily trading strategy.
