I have done that myself a few times and kicked myself...always be careful about a platform re-start during trading. If I have to re-start the platform, I try and time it near the start of a candle if I can to stop trades being opened immediately. By the way bobakser, to switch to daily, you just put the EA(ver. 2q) on the Daily chart, and no chang in any paramater...correct?
Live BASA results for me so far this year are: Jan +1.05%, Feb -2%, March to date -1.17%, so definitely not great, but definitely not terrible considering the market during this time.
So I'm continuing to trade live the original BASA strategy on 4H however I do think it is well worth demoing on Daily...but I would think to benefit the most from this time frame the trade management parameters would need to be tweaked.
Mind you, I didn't have any trades this week for BASA at all!
