I didn't get that trade, but got stopped out on audjpy buy and euraud sell for 100 pips each. Running default D1.

Hi Steve,

I'd just like to inform you that there's a parameter "RSIPeriod" set by default to 2, has never been used in calculation of this indicator, so whenever you change it to another value, the GetSlopeRSI function will alway return the RSI based on 2 periods, which is hardcoded in the last line where GetSlopeRSI returns its value.
I suggest to modify the last line, by indicating RSIPeriod instead of hardcoding it. Otherwise RSIPeriod is useless as a modifiable parameter.

It was Bob who wanted it set to 2 and that is why it is hardcoded to 2

2 works for me. Works great on all periods and is quick enough to capture turns, top/bottoms..

In your Trades decision, Which indicator is more significant for you ? RSI2 or OBI-WANN you 've said that it has the ability to detect turns/reversals before they're happening

Don't care. The RSI2 has a specific function. Changing it to RSIx would change the result and would no longer be what I coded it to be.

Well done for spotting this, whatever it is, but nobody cares here.

Don't stop looking though. On another occasion, this level of nitpicking could be invaluable. :clap:

After fiddling with different TF's...now sure the original 4hr is the way to go...back from daily to 4hr.

Not seeing any good result on 4hr as well(-4% this week so far, and -5.5% last week)...Is this system making any profit for anyone?

been a poor couple of weeks for me too on 4h. patience, this is trading after all and all we need is an edge over time, which i think this system does provide.

From Monday 5th May I changed to 0.1 lots, otherwise OOTB for the week. Global Prime demo, current open trades: eur/chf, usd/jpy, aud/usd. Balance 1,110.12, Equity 1,059.75, Profit -50.37
