Sorry for the grids. I just thought that they would have been closed as the trades were open sells and the price was going up and had crossed the turquoise line 20 pips below the MA.

I have set up a MYFXbook for both my 15min & 1 hr demo accounts. Please see my signature below.
I definitely would not trade the 15min version live, however would seriously consider a 1hr or higher version based on results to date.

Thanks a lot.

Looks like you trade them differently in terms of closing the trades? 15 min you close per pair and 1 hr you close the total basket? Correct or?

Nope, both demo's exit trades the exact same way...2% basket closure.
Of course there are the occasional single trades that close when they cross back over the 240MA.

Hi Shelley - you might want to double check your M15 settings as it certainly looks from myfxbook that trades are closing by currency pair?

EDIT: I should have been more clear - they appear as if they are closing in baskets but baskets that are comprised of one pair only.

Thanks Dave & pipcruiser for the heads up...

Lesson learnt, don't mess with EA's when you are jetlagged :arrrg:
When I uploaded version 1d on Tuesday after I returned from holidays, I mistakenly thought the basket closure function Steve added was to replace the global closure I was using mptm for. I did realise after reviewing the settings a bit later and thought I had adjusted the settings back to where they should be in the EA...clearly not.

I just checked now as I updated to 1e a short while ago and the settings are now correct.

Hmm, we'll see...it's in quite a big hole right now, this is the test I've been waiting to see. It will be interesting to see if it can recover!

Mind you using the pairs closure has probably messed up the balance of the basket now as it hasn't had an opportunity to clear the board and start fresh for a couple of days now.

Yes - not a true reflection or its capabilities I think as it's set up. Here's mine that has been running for the last 10 days or so:

EDIT: A couple of manual closures in there - one on purpose, one forced. neither affected it much though.
