alright, total embarrassing question, but I can't get HGB to operate on chart. Only getting sad face on chart. Automated trading is on. Name of indicator matches in EA settings. Not sure why it's not active. dll is checked... any thoughts welcome. Thanks, FF.

first of all, thanks for all the stuff here. tried version 1.x, downloaded it today. together with the HG Basket Manager was able to collect some profits in demo forex. (yes demo forex not real account)
today i did only get BUY orders. All named trend trade. No sell orders. No range trades. No rad trades. Like it was with i think version 1.j

Is it anything i have to be concerned about it? Thanks for the answers, and Thanks Steve you have opened this Newbie thread. Thank you so much, also to Nanningbob, who shares this system here.

By the way i have tested the HG 1.x in TF15 for around 20 pairs including majors. And i have closed around 50 trend trades, partially with manual intervention, partially with HG Basket Manager (great stuff).

A question regarding wave trades..

All wave trades opened by the EA come with a stop loss which is what the EA tells it to do. Shouldn't there be at least one that has no SL(the first one in a row of 10) that should be carried through, up until a closing signal occurs. That way we ride the wave from start to finish.

I am sorry i meant TP..

In order to catch the big wave from start to finish, at least one position should be without TP.

The first one comes with TP=100 OOTB, if you set that to 1.000 you're covered.

How do I do that. I don't use any TP or SL, but still all WAVE multiple positions come with a TP
