So I think I am starting to see the levels.
Levels are made easier to count when you start to look for the pre-push "stop hunt". I marked them with arrows. The 'M/W' happens at these places on a lower TF, always in these accumulation/distribution/consolidation areas.
Notice how they knock out profitable traders before they move the price?
I like trading these kinds of swings from the 15m and 1min while keeping this 1H in mind.
I like to wait for an accumulation zone to form first, then let them break out of it and reverse price back the direction they really want to go. e.g. Accumulation, small break out, M/W, push 1, accumulation, small break out, M/W, push 2, accumulation, small break out, M/W, push 3 and repeat.
This example is very clear. I've found that if its not clear its better to change time frames, or not trade it. You can find where you are in the cycle from the Monthly chart on down to the 1min.
