ok 3 levels completed on the 1hr chart, also 4hr chart is accumalting.

eaymon i took that eur/usd trade but i only let it run 26 pips, as you can see on the 4hr chart it's not even completed it's 1st level.

this is why captain said watch all time frames.

remember to not be greedy as well, i was trying to be greedy on eur/aud today but managed to stack and bag a very good profit trade, but it could have went the other way for me.

so always look at all time frames.

I think I've broken my brain. :uff: Could someone please clarify something for me (that has been said a million times in the thread already). I need to understand it in my own words (which are way more complicated than need be...yes CJ, I'm one of those idiots who likes to complicate things :? ).

Due to life, I can only trade H4. This means my levels should be in line with D1 right. Similar to M15/H1 and H4 which is what most folks are using here.

So this 3-5 weeks rising/falling price for one LEVEL on D1 (and therefore 9-15 weeks per D1 CYCLE)?
OR
is it 3-5 weeks rising/falling price for one PUSH on D1 (and therefore 9-15 weeks per D1 LEVEL and 18-45 weeks per D1 CYCLE)?

The estimates of time obviously don't account for retraces and pauses. They are just movement in a single direction. :good:

For some reason I'm having trouble translating things to higher timeframes. Maybe its because M15 and H1 occupy the same space on the chart (1-day period separators). :arrrg:

If someone could help me scrape my brain back into my skull that would be greatly appreciated. :oops:

I'm not gonna give up yet :clap:
