Yes they are opposites. If you trade both in opposite directions and get it wrong on one and you will most likely get it wrong on the other. I just stick to the EU myself.

My target for EU is around 1.12.

Based on your chart it seems right, but don't forget, there will be some retracement after level 2.

No it actually more complicated than that. Your notes are how everyone thinks it is when they first start.

Price action is more crafty than 3 simple pushes equals 1 level.

I don't want to confuse people, in case my way is different so I'll refrain from going into detail.
