Hello Andydoc,
The bot has suddenly gone nuts. From standard 0.10 lot it jump to 6.40 lots trade size. Can you look into the code again. Thanks.

Hi there
The Bot will trade 2^(5-Number of Open Trades)*Lot
So if Lot is .1 it will trade 6.4 Lots when nothing open
The next addition to the position will be 2^(4) * Lot = 3.2
I would advise having Lot = .01 as I have. Look out for my new sig which will have a link to my Demo account which is running Joe on 22 pairs as well as Scoobs toy.

Yesterday in the evening I set up Joe on a fresh demoaccount OOTB. Besides the fact I screwed up with the lot size and lost 700$ in some seconds I had to rub my eyes this morning twice. Floating P/L of 1600$ currently. I could close for a 2% profit over night. Without my fat fingers it would be even 3%.

P.S.: andydoc, your stats are even more impressive!
Regards, Chris.

:D
Thank you!
I am tempted to close all mine - but need to let this run to get an idea of long term performance - I really ought also to take Scoobs Bot off although it makes not much difference. If we get the closes we should get then I will be  .
By the way this is OOTB as per my post Sat 17 December but with FkMinimumMarginPercent set to 250 instead of 500

How soon does the cross have to happen after the FB for the trade to take place?

Have a long order placed on E/U. Many that first order out of the chute sure kills your margin. :)

Possible FB's forming on AUDUSD, AUDJPY, NZDUSD, NZDJPY (4 hour charts of course!) - and what's more... they are forming around (just below) the round number marks (i.e. strong Resistance)

Will it be a strong move down?
I'll definitely be closing my longs on these pairs once the candle forms a FB!!

Imagine if the pipEasy EA and this Joe EA were one EA.

EDIT: To avoid confusion, yes I'm demo-trading manually

I've been experimenting on a live account using the Nanningbob 10.1 SR indicator to set limit orders off the Flying Bhudda indicator signals generated on 4 hour charts. You do miss some reversals but proving really good to get in early with a small SL. Maybe the Joe EA can implement this to improve the entry.

Reversals may also be more likely when coinciding with supply and demand zones.

Low volume and high churn bars ( yellow and thick green bars on my chart ) coinciding with FB signals may be useful too.

Probably too many indicators, just something for others to experiment with, draw conclusions and share.
