Yep getting "busy" and "timeout" errors all the time, there is a script that ensures orders are executed successfully, but I don't know whether it is built into the EA.

I have been running the EA since the last update.

I have 5 demos on, on all the pairs available in my platform:

- 60-5 with Exit strategy 1
- 60-5 with Exit strategy 2
- 60-5 with Exit strategy 3
- 60-5 with TP 15 SL 25
- 240-15 with TP 25 SL 35

i'm a little diss-organised at the moment with so many charts and i've basically lost track from my notes and have to look at all the settings to remember what i've done, haha.

anyways, i also get these errors and i think the 'trade context is busy' is a Empty4 thingy. too many commands going through at once.

the one thing i messed up with in the beginning, was not having different magic numbers for all of them. so when one would send a sell signal , it would sell all the similar magic numbers in the same pair across the board.

Further than that, i can't throw any more light here, but please do post your results. this is going to be very interesting.

also, are you finding there are less trades?

I'll put an example of what is going on:

at exactly18:00 candle (I'm just throwing numbers here) some trades were triggered and I had a CADJPY and EURCAD trades opened. At the same time, a popup appears at 18:00 saying that USDCAD and GBPCAD orders "failed... error: trade context busy"..... A bit afterwards, say at the 18:05 (or sometimes a little more, like 18:10 or 18:15 candle) the USDCAD trade opened successfully... and in those 5 or 10 minutes the price would've moved in the USDCAD trade's favor.. Sometimes after this "missed opportunities" the trade simply won't trigger again (GBPCAD in my example).

Are you saying that Using different Magic numbers for each EA could solve this problem? Bear in mind that I have each pair with the EA only once on each platform so maybe this won't be necesary? Any comments would be greatly appreciated

these are the erros i'm still finding on only 2 of the platforms, Empty4, there are 4 Empty4's running and i hope you cans ee the first pic, it's 2 wide screens together, maybe you can see the trades with the comment section on the right of each platform with the trade descriptions (opt 1, opt 2 opt3 and so on) i have played with one or two of the EA's settings, but cant tell from looking which ones they were now, but generally i'm down. cant give a percentage also, but i add them up manually, i have'nt learnt how to use other stuff yet.

Are you saying that Using different Magic numbers for each EA could solve this problem?

yes, for each same pair like if you have 2 eur/usd charts, you must use a different magic number, if you have 20 charts with the same pair, they must all have different magic numbers. hehehe, i also took a while to catch on to that one,

Have you tried changing the comments input so they won't mix up?

you're right, i should do that and be more clear on what ive done in it.

i looked back quickly and remember the oerror you are getting.
this error would come up exactly as you and the platform would freeze for a while.
remember i'm running alot on this computer with 4 platform and at least 20 charts now. i had upto 50 on each at one stage, but it was too much with all the indis i'm running to test.

whenever there was a spike, it would affect all the platforms , so this would cause cpu to overload and one or two of the platforms would get stuck. i'm very sure it has to do with the indicators drawing so much from the cpu, i have 12 gigs, but it's showing on clunkiness of Empty4. i also could'nt get a trade in for some time whenever there was a spike, up or down.

then, after a while, the 'context busy' screen would go away, but the trade had moved on and i was out of the movement. it never put the position in for me though, but sometimes would ask if i wanted a 'requote'.

i took off a lot of charts and now mainly running this new EA with out the rest of them, and it's much better with less errors. only the two platforms are acting up, and those are the pics i sent.

i'm also going to look for what plateman said, there was something i saw on Steve's forum for getting the orders processed. i remember Steve also explained what go's on in the platform and what causes the problem, in his post. will look it up and post it here.

LibOrderReliable by Matt was the script that I was thinking of, maybe it's already included.

Strategy one demo is doing alright. I am making up ground from when I lost money with version one of the EA before 60-5. 4 winning trades to 2 looses. One of them would have been a winner if we implemented close at end of candle with an extreme spike in opposite direction signal or combination of what ever Evaluator feels best.

My Strategy two Demo seemed not to cut the position in half but I need more trades to look at this. I am messing with this Demo so It is getting some manual intervention till I know what is going on. I need to read through your code to get an Idea how this works. You by default have the break even on which would be following the rules if trade made it to 30. I did not put a target in because when I did it closed out my whole position at 30 and did not just cut my 2 lot position in half. But I have had only one chance to observe the trade go past 30. Strategy one holds a lot of promise I think. Might be better in all conditions. Having to have a larger position on for strategy 2 in my mind can magnify your loss with out enough bang for your $. I doubt it can make up those losses we will have as easily.
