What settings in the set file would control the "close on opposite"?
I just can't find it.

What settings in the set file would control the "close on opposite"?
Steve's trading partner ea has the function under trade exit strategies "closeOnOppositeSignal" I was testing the setfile posted set to False to see if Desky would close the trade similar to Fxt SBP 3 if an opposite signal is given. By all means set it back to true.

Hello All,

I trade Leon's strategy using basket. I close the basket around 1000 pips in profit and let Desky run again.

Sometimes I want to stop trading (deactivate Desky) when TP is hit - how do I set that??

Great idea to have such feature.
After the flash raise of JPY the other week it would have been great to disable trading and to delete all pending trades at the same time to allow seeing how the situation develops.
The virtual profit in that flash situation was great. But all turned sour afterwards as Desky continued trading in the then wrong direction. Gains evaporated quickly on my test platform.
I wonder if we do have something like a "flash detection"? If a currcency pair moves by 500 pips within 7 or x minutes it may be likely to pull back quickly. Would be great to have a way to profit from a flash in both direction. Just a thought, maybe completely idiotic or something to be further thought about and developed?

You could have set StopTrading to 'true' and deleted the pendings.

Not idiotic, but also not here. Desky responds to TDesk signals and I am not going to start adding trading decisions based on something else.

I am using Desky Ver p is there any reason I would get 2 trades 5 apart when the setting is a grid of 1?

Recovery is off but complex offsetting is on, I have read the manual but cant get my head around it :(

Are you sending an immediate market trade as well as your grid of 1? Desky sends the trade and then the grid of stop orders.
