I finally got the first trade out of this baby.
But the SL is 30 pips, I was expecting it to be much smaller.
Did anyone have a EU trade at London Open?

Did anyone using slope bias get any trades today? I'm using 1M lo and 5M high and had one signal at 14:14 Cowboy IBFX time, but no trade. So, I still cannot tell for sure if slope only bias (no line) is working. Could have been a repaint I'm seeing, but I would say that's unlikely given the price action at the time. I have set up another plat using 5M slope bias only, trading 1M chart & signals. |

Hey Glenn, i dont think so. This method seems to have legs on its own. I'm testing (literally all) all Steve's slopes and finding it really interesting. Just waiting for some results before i post those to their relative threads. I sometimes throw a slope line through my charts for guidance/confirmation, but i have'nt cancelled out any trades of Balls' , just letting them run and see from day to day. i have one of balls' charts on a buy for euro (a 13 hour line)and another platform on a sell (8am line). Leaving them to see what happens and if Balls can recover on its own. cuzgeorge ps: euro just took a dive while i typed this. lets see. |

Hi all Using v1d ootb (unfortunately I have updated in the meantime) I got two trades (1937068 and 1952059) with a comment, I do not know, where they come from. The trades were not stopped out by the ea's exit rules (compare with 1942392). The account has only this chart open. Any ideas? |

Ask your crim. Looking at the comment and your lot size, my best guess is that they were a margin call. Don't know, mind, so don't question me about this. I am the wrong guy to ask.  |

Those are margin calls Mike. The account is not using enough leverage to keep those trades at the time. Did you have other trades open when those trades opened? The same thing happened to me last week. I was on Cowboy IBFX with 50:1 so my trades closed right away too.You need a broker with higher leverage or dial back your risk percentage on the EA. |
