10.3 SCALPER/RANGE TRADE SYSTEM

Hi,

my problem is that i'am using TigerTron indy where i can set my daily open according to GMT+2. So my DO is at 23.00 o'clock in germany (GMT+1).
So the dashboard is showing me other values than i see on the charts... Would be nice to see the dashboard so we can set the start of the day manually (NY 17EST).

Look at this, you can look up the best possible trades quickly with the dashboard. I marked them with red lines 2 hours before I set my trades. Interesting. Means most pairs are probably ranging or retracing right now.

Daily open is daily open, how can that be strange??

EURJPY DO: 152.73 (now 114.49)
GBPJPY DO: 190.06 (now 140.54)

We have been through this issue before again and again. Not going there. I am staying with what I have if you havent read my explanations just several pages back that is what you need to do.

About MultiTenPointThree v1.1.0:

Please reinitialize MultiTenPointThree before each use.

Only then it will read all values for all symbols correctly. At this time MultiTenPointThree will probably display incorrect information for less volatile symbols if it runs unattended past day change.

Will provide a fix later.

Short GBP/JPY 140.667, stopped out 140.767
Short EUR/JPY 114.512, stopped out 114.692

Like Bob warned us in the instruction manual, most of his losing trades occur on Monday and Tuesday.

Bob, Hilavoku is referring to the DO of GBPJPY in the screenshot in this post.

My guess is you left MultiTenPointThree up and running during day change. Can you confirm that?

Seems a little out of character, you referencing folks like that when the DO numbers on the chart you posted are nearly ALL wrong. As hilavoku mentioned, most pairs have not hit near these values in last 3-5 years.
The time issue will continue to arise (causing defensiveness) when posting charts from providers which split up weeks and H4 periods, not using one which closes at NY close nor opens a multiple of 4 (48 hours) later.
You mentioned on a thread about using Axitrader - that is a very good idea as they use NY close synched charts. An enormous amount of time & talent seems wasted accommodating these split H4/D1 (GMT) charts.
Your contributions are magnanimous - will be near perfect when get rid of "Sunday candle" charts.

A few months ago I made an indicator for 10.2 to help me determine the TP targets. It puts horizontal lines on the chart, showing how much space left to reach the daily/weekly/monthly average ranges. It updates the lines as the price moves, so it's only for live use. It's best used when there was a pullback that possibly set the periods high or low, and in 10.3 we wait for that pullback before entering the trade on do/dp so that's why I'm thinking it could be used
I attach it, and feel free to experiment with it.

Ps: I'm not an experienced coder so there could be places in the code that could be improved.

EDIT: I've found an error that caused the indi to not update the labels on the lines. I think I corrected it, so those 2 people who have already downloaded it before this edit, please download it again.
