E/G need to move higher to complete 3rd level and create big daily ABC pattern. C/Chf should move higher like N/U.

Now I watching U/Cad and thinking what it want to do, news are near (35minutes) so if E/G drop I'll consider to buy it lower.

A level consists of the rise/fall + the retrace/rest. So yes, that part applies to L3 as well

It happens sometimes that, after L3 is formed, price pushes up one more level in order to form the M ( or vice-versa for the W ) >> in this case: PL - 1 - 2 - SH - 3 - PH + M
