Imagine that! One of his ads even lists the market cycle pattern and says that he notices profits comes in waves.... quite a close correlation where he uses DNA in his business name, while I stated long ago that the tick chart was the DNA for every pattern the pairs print. Like I said, some people learn the methods so well you never see them post... they just go off and do their own little thing... -CJ- |

Just wondering if some of you here would share your entry setups into some of these nice moves....? My entry timing leaves a lot to be desired. I understand / recognize candle patterns and look for them in the areas where I have my trendlines drawn but, quite often I'm still stopped out, only to watch price take off in the anticipated direction without me. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. |

Thoughts are on the chart. I can make it a BE trade, wait for pins, rrts to indicate the run is over and time to tp. Since this trade is in line with HTF direction to south I could watch the signs on HTF and select my exit point there as well. Also, I could just stay in and exit few hundred pips down the road. If bid price goes above 113.9 without sending warning signals to exit earlier, I will take the loss. |

Here is another one, got the hint from the forum and entered and set pendings during news time. This was after scalping before news time, those results I posted (yes, peanuts, but the point was not the amount). Now, my focus is UJ and I had too many positions open, so I closed these UC positions on Friday evening. But you can look at how the trade was planned and partly executed. Price is now 1.3346. Would have been a nice trade but who cares, there are so many.. |

By looking at my charts, you can see nearly all the possible entry points. I have 6 asian sessions highlighted, makes it easy to see the past 3-5 day cycle. ADR, HOY/LOY, HOW/LOW are also indicated. HOD, as I understand it, can not be indicated because it is stg you have to wait for (I am not sure I get this right because it is from someone's summary of the CJ method but never read any such thing from CJ up to 500 pages of this forum). Also, other areas of interest should be checked on charts, these are major SR areas, easy to spot. At these levels you look at PA (pins, rrts, SH mostly) to confirm reversal. All other signals, lines, etc should be in line with these ones. Trade from SH to SH and trade from SH only, you will do well. SH is an exact, well defined concept and PA means reading SH. IMO it is dangerous to use other signals and confirm not the entry point but the direction with CJ method. Do I use other things? Yes, they are like stinky pillows to small kids who do not let them be washed. Mine are fibs, pivots, harmonics, bands and divergences. I attached one chart with harmonics but see the H1 BARF formation there, UJ H1? I did not even know I traded that one above because I entered on other signals. Earlier I said I would post less but charting and spotting opportunities has become so quick and easy that it takes no time to share. Take and give. |

I entered UJ short similarly to you, my entry was at 113.76 but, I waited for the close of the H1 candle. Stop loss to BE with the trade at +20 at the moment. Single position only because I don't trust myself enuf to enter multiple positions yet. I've come to the point of drawing so many lines and such on my charts that I could make numerous arguments for long or short.... but, that doesn't necessarily make either one correct. HOD / LOD is nice but, thus far I can only see it "after the fact".... not soon enuf to take an entry on a M15 time frame. |
