okay i just realised that it has taken all pair including shares as well so how to keep only pairs which i just wanted to trade and get rid out of others... thanks |

Harry: Mine works and on my broker I only have forex. You could try disabling all the CFD symbols in your market update window so hopefully then they are not visible to the dashboard. Personally I've just noticed the dashboard isn't updating for me. What you can do is try a demo Empty4 install in a separate folder - could download the FXCM one for the trial, just for testing. As an aside, my setup is actually now harmonics signal service, then confirm with Empty4 on a slightly delayed (I think) FXCM demo account with EDSEL, and then actually place the trade with MarketScope which is part of FXCM's TradingStation. What I think I want to move toward is: - finishing my scriptable linux command line FIX, cheap VPS runable program to actually place trades with, so I can use no broker SL & TP and also set some actions for it to place if certain conditions are met before going to bed - maybe move to a different broker - use a live FXCM feed for Empty4 charting but disable the scripts |

Hi Bob, Need help....yesterday i made quite a bit of loss...i am not afraid but i want some help to continue learning... i have attached two chart which is current chart and there is possibility to enter in trade for 10.6 so just wanted to get some idea from you that in this scenario what will be the approach... Also css h4 says that eur,aud,cad are comming together but daily css says that they are in opposite direction.... i will wait for your say.... thanks |

I dont know why you took the trades. I look at the 1H chart and price came back inside the 15MA but really didnt go back above it yet so I hasnt reentered the trend. It is a trade I would look at now because price has moved back inside the DP and the STO7 has bottomed on the 4H. So now it looks like a 10.4 setup on the eur/aud. 1, STO 7 on bottom 2. 4H bar is green 3. DP is above price action. You can wait for the STO7 signal or set your pending at the DP or xxx.050 line which are the same thing today. |

The 1H chart would have shown a double green bar. Price is above the DP but below the 15 MA. the STO7 on the 1H was giving a signal. I would have placed the trade above the 15 MA or the next xxx.000 solid line but if you did neither one would have triggered so it was a no trade day. 1. Double green bar with STO 7 below 20 line 2. Price below 15 MA so 10.6 trade signal setup is shown. 3. Pending buys could have been set above the 15 MA or the next xxx.00 line Price did not break up above so no trade should have been entered. Price went nowhere so if you had a trade you should have closed it out and gone fishing elsewhere. |

Hi Bob, sorry to trouble you once again... took one pending trade on audjpy but it think i am wrong once again...h4 sto7 says sell signal but h1 sto7 is not showing clear signal so i think there is no trade... am i right? so i mean we have to have first h4 clear signal and then we have to check entry point on h1 and when we look for entry, we need to check the sto7 clear signal as well? let me know if i am on track.. thanks for your time and input... |
