I left Forex for a while to share trade instead. The fact that you can get real volume information made my strategy far more successful than Forex (my small stock trading pension pot is 33% up in 9 months).

However I've been keeping an eye on Forex and am getting back into it. I can now really see the manipulation and price action at key levels and this seems to be the key to it. For example, after a steady rise, a hard push higher makes little sense and must be the market makers trying to offload a position and/or make people trading the wrong position give up.

I'm long on GBPUSD anyway, but this morning here was some manipulation trying to knock people out of their longs. There was a steady drop, and then big accelerations downwards. Shortly after this it went up nearly 100 pips.

EURUSD changing direction tomorrow at/just before Gross Domestic Product Price Index announcement (13:00 MT).

It will create low, then move up.

Testing accuracy of my model predictions.
