Hi sympathy,

Seems my level 1 is the only difference from yours, rest 2 and 3 we agree on the same level. Thanks for your confirmation. I will continue to post charts and hope you and the rest can continue to guide us newbies until we all on track of the fox roller coaster~!!!!

Hi Sympathy, I posted 2 charts. In the first chart, there was a retracement and a level appeared between L1 and L2 of the previous cycle down trend. How should that level be counted?

In the same chart above, the trend is a uptrend. But if I zoomed out the chart to see more of the bars, it showed a down trend and the current uptrend appears like a reset. So which one should I follow?

Try to go visual instead of analytical at this point, draw and share your charts, people will help if needed. Levels are distinct entities and there are moves in between, ideally 3 step moves. Focus on the move, pause, move pause, etc routine with giving some space to SHs. Forget about the word push, it is not about the word but the nature of moves between levels, be them intraday or HTF. It is the same in all TFs, just adjusted to a particular TF. And intraday moves tend to be more impulsive, hence the word push I guess, not being equal to the 3 candle push. So, yes, there must be moves between levels, because levels are distinct and all between are moves of different nature.
Sometimes you get 3 moves without distinct levels, when price zigzags. It may also happen that the 3rd move falls short of the second but still indicates exhaustion. When you go visual, you may want to count moves sometimes, instead of levels, depending on what the actual PA paints in front of your eyes. Move counting helps to identify levels, too. Compress your charts, look for the knots and what is in between.
Too many concepts to chew and mix but definitly worths it,i see the picture clearer now although i'm still missing some pieces,thank's for the heads up! :good: :D
