I noticed on D1 trading that sometimes signals print on the previous candle, and therefore NOT generate alerts. This happens mainly just after rollover, when another complete bar is taken into the calculations. Could this be what is causing your "issue"? |

there will only be alerts for the actual open candle, this was in all versions so coded, for avoiding to have more time alerts... Cheers Tommaso |

If signals can appear on the previous candle and therefore get no alert on the current candle we are most likely to miss a trading opportunity. This is a problem especially if trading on the higher timeframes like the Daily. IMHO. |

this will mostly happen with the roll-over, so you should in this time control your charts... Cheers Tommaso |

I don't know what you mean by "control your charts", but roll-over for me is at 4am in the morning! |

so control later.. the indicator can not avoid that you need to take a look more time a day to control your charts and decide what you want to do.. trading needs time... |

I know from our earlier conversations and have adapted it in my tradingstyle. Actually it is very easy to spot using the HGI-matrix. Just check every chart that has a trend or wave symbol on the current or previous bar. Takes 5 minutes max. Leave all charts running and one can see where on the bar the signal printed and then decide wether you want to take the trade or not. If your rollover is at 4:00 then you should be able to check during the quit Asian session. Or put HGB on at night to enter on trends only. (HGB also misses these yesterday's bar trades) |

zyx, I trade all Time frames from the M15 right up to the H4 Time frame, the M15 Time frame trades for me are only for the Quick in and out Support and Resistance 5- 10 pip scalp. Cheers, xrismak |

How's HGI working for you on that timeframe? I was leaving it on my charts overnight for a few days and found there were times it would print a LOT of wavy signals all over each other. I'm gonna test it out for another 2 or 3 days but set it so only trend signals show |
