Forex is a market owned by the big banks.....
The Central Banks intervene sometimes to control the excesses of the BIG BANKS and protect their economies......
Empty4 is the BIG BANK'S supermarket where we(retailers,the big boys,hedge funds, multi nationals etc) come to buy or sell currencies.If you want to buy for instance dollars,the big bank will sell to you and if you want to sell dollars, they will buy from you.Please,it is important we understand that we DO NOT BUY FROM EACH OTHER NOR SELL TO EACH OTHER,it is the BIG BANKS that BUY from US or SELL to US........
The BIG BANKS use the CRIMINALS through the various trading platforms that they offer to gather both BUYERS and SELLERS together,the Criminals are not interested in you making profits,rather they are most concerned in collecting the various fees that they charge like spread, commissions,swap etc and your losses, as your loss is their gain......
If the number of sellers is greater than the buyers and the BIG BANKS have accummulated enough volume that they need to fill their orders, you will observe a lot of pins at the bottom, those pins mean that the big banks have prevented the sellers from pushing prices down and the next thing you know the market shoots upward, slaughtering the sellers who are more in volume than the buyers and vice versa. That is the reason CJ always advise that you place your trades at the pins...........
