I have been adding manually drawn SR levels using the weekly line chart. I look for pivot points where S become R at least 3 times and then draw in a horizontal level. I find these weekly SR zones to be very meaningful. You can enter on the daily Squalou indy and then set a limit order at the manually drawn level.

This keeps you focussed on the big picture too. I have often been shaken out of good trades by dropping to lower time frames and getting scared out by reverse price action or setting stops too tight. I find with looser stops and concentrating on the weekly trend, entering on the daily, I catch the longer stress free trend trades.

MACD is in pips and stochastic is mapped from 0 to 100, so there isn't a way to naturally combine the two. I suppose you could take the high/low range of the MACD and then transform the single line to a 0 - 100 range based on the high/low range. The problem would be deciding how many bars back you want to look at the MACD to get the high/low range. I suppose for normal MACD settings, the range isn't that variable.

Hmm.... (time passes) OK I'm back. I've attached an indicator that does what I think you mean. Nothing fancy, just illustrating the idea. Let me know if it matches what you expect to find. Blue is Stoch and Red is MACD Signal.

The range of values for MACD is actually all available values, which is why it seems so flat. It may be more useful with a limited bars look back for the range.

Since you asked so nicely, here you go. Not as zippy as it was before since I am lazily rescanning back all 360 bars to get the range. A smart programmer would realize that you only had to rescan if the one you were dropping off (MACD_RANGE_Lookback + 1) was equal to one of the range extremes.

That being said, it shouldn't be too bad after the initial drop on the chart.
