Hi chaps !

So this week was another educational one ... like any other bevor :lol:

First of all: The FB shows for the first time its limitations ... beginning from start it seemed that FB is the pure HG ;)

And it was good to see the limitations ! So, from now we'll use it on the TF H1 I think ? YES - all my 3 M15 demos recovered very well (this time :smile: ) - but this was pure luck ! We all know it: The biggest loss is ever ahead !
So running into deepest DD's + surviving mean, that a we'll loose the next time after a stronger market jumping, a jump, that may/will ocure defenitly.
Btw - I switched on now a H4 test even, we'll see the next weeks has it benefits or not.

The matilda bots all in all are chugging along.
Something in more detail: I have/had 12 non-GBPUSD pairs in my tests during the last weeks promising similar results like the favorite GBPUSD. But from time to time we see it: there is no pair running all the time in an appropriate for the Matilda manner - except the GBPUSD (so far !). Sooner or later any fundamentals may a "better" pair convert into a looser. Yes, of course these "loosers" may or even will defenitly recover .... BUT: who knows, how long these fu...ng DD's will last ?
Atm I have identified (look the demos) these 8 pairs as "After GBPUSD's followers": EURCHF, AUDCHF, EURNZD, NZDCHF, NZDJPY, AUDUSD, SGDJPY and perhaps CADCHF. Time will show which of these ones will remain in the charts. :lol:
The following ones are out so far, or better to say they seem not to be favorites: EURUSD, NZDUSD, CHFJPY and USDTRY. :roll:

Ok lets move on ... the success is within our grasp - but the journey is the reward !

Its a version of the first v1 "fxdaytrader" coded ! He added only the possibility for trading with risk% instead of fixed lot size. All in all we newer FB versions have this option included - so use them. I plan to switch/test the newer FB versions perhaps. Especially I read, that Gertje is testing successfully the CSS !

After months (or years ? :oops: ) tracking the matilda the testing comes step by step to an end.

I have 2 well doing demos with Global Prime (GP 6 + 18) and the GBPUSD only. They run since may / june without any manual intervention. Trying all the other pairs gave "mixed" results. Only some better pairs are left now - atm: EURNZD, AUDCHF, EURCHF, NZDCHF, NZDJPY + AUDUSD (?). Sooner or later every pair may/will run into DD's - some time in deep and long lasting DD's ! You never know exactly then this will happen and it may happen of course for the preferred GBPUSD pair as well. So think twice bevor adding a second pair to the GBPUSD. :youknow:
Perhaps at least double the GBPUSD-account bevor adding another pair for diversification the trading. I never would start the matilda from scratch with two or more pairs. So I shut down nearly all the single pair accounts with the matilda and will do it with GBPUSD demos until the end of the year adding perhaps every now and then an appropriate second pair !

After all that disaster with crap Empty4 last week and having some other etchnical issues I decided to reorganize the FB testing.
Switched off the actual platforms and started 12 fresh Empty4 acc's - all are build v. 670 !
To do it more systematically I have now the following conditions:
- All acc start with 1k
- TP in the MPTM is 20$ fix for all acc's (I used formerly 1% of the balance for TP)
- 3 groups exist for TF's H1, H4 and M15
- First difference between the acc's: some run with 31 pairs, some with 15 pairs only
- Second difference: some run with 0.02 lot, some with 0.05 lot
- concerning the FB settings I have some differences in comparison to the previous tests: no BE + no JSL
AND (so far) no use of the CSS (lets see what Gertje will get using the CSS)

You may have a look in the "TGTFX" as usual. Lets see how they will do the job.
Unfortunately haven't atm enough space for testing the newer FB mod. - "Stochy Bob" ...

Folks ! I'm unable to watch only what you are doing with the SB thingy - must jump in !

Btw I use only 9 pairs - to wild this horse is running for me !

Hmmm ... and, yes: obviously the AUDUSD wasn't a good choice for the matilda - have to switch off this pair - only 5 pairs are doing a job similar to the favorite GBPUSD (look the demos in my MFXB accounts). :youknow:

Ok .... bcz of the trouble with FB I switched all my 12 demo test accounts now to the SB. Using now various settings I put the SB on the formerly FB accounts after closing all trades manually.
Lets see how this one will do the job.
Didn'T gave up the FB .... there are enough traders using the FB successfully as well like you may follow in the relevant thread.
