Hi guys

The Css is and always will remain one of my most valuable tools, thanks to Bob. Unfortunaly there is no quick and easy way to determine where and when price will turn in a currency pair. I like to look at currency pairs that are stretched and need some sort of retracement and in this case I am gong to use Nsdusd to try and determine an entry and it is still early in the week.

My 722 stochs Daily as well as 4hr are showing that there needs to be some sort of retracement upswing this week even though we are sill below the 240 Ma.

I am not going to post the daily css because mine is corresponding with Bobs css. Just on another note the weekly Css is showing that Nzd and usd are about to cross with Nzd going into weakness so I will definitely not hold onto this trade for long. As we all know the Kiwi will only become more active later on this Day towards the Nzd session so I will be patient with this one. Anyway this is how I read the Css

Just an edit on my post " The daily stochs show that we need a retracement not the 4 hrly" As usual trying to rush things :)

It is now 4 Hrs later and I have done a scalp buy off Nu a sure 15 pips :). The markets are very slow today.
This what my 4 hourly Css looks like. The beauty about his is that I was able to predict price 4 hrs ago. I would have to wait because my 4 hrly stochs look very stretched so will wait and see what my hourly and 4 hourly Css will do, This is all counter trend so will cautiously wait for tomorrow for further entries.

Actually I would like to see some others try to post the CSS and make commentary. It would be interesting to me to see how some of you would do.
The thing is although I hopped into this forum every week to read your reports. But I will try to figure out things by myself and put it up here so that I can learn it too. Thanks a lot for the reports though.

Hi
This is my midweek CSS Picture, CAD is weak and GBP is weakening at an accelerated pace. from this I look for GBPUSD, GBPJPY, GBPAUD and GBPCHF shorts and also for CAD shorts as well (e.g. USDCAD long, etc). Hope this makes sense.

As usual I am on the wrong side of the AUD during the employment numbers release (which were bad) and promptly doubled my DD. :arrrg: Are we expecting a rapid retrace or is that the AUD done for now and trend changed to negative?

Maybe I will just sit and collect swap for rest of week and re-evaluate next week for a possible additional entry.

Big news kill any trend. Bad AUD news killed AUD,but good NZD news also killed NZD. Uraine up JPY. It is so hard to make use of news. I have to give up trading on news. This CSS with 8 currencies shows average strength of each against other 7. In other words, when you trade individual pair ,you have to double check this pair CSS. When you trade on D1 ,H4 CSS, very possible that temporary trend is over and you sell at bottom or buy at top. I am trying this: 1. check fundmental---USD will be good, gbp,nzd priced in. EUR,CHF will not be up. not sure for AUD because China officer's fighting is not over. not sure for jpy. CAD will be good by following USD.
2. technical: find good trend on D1 css, but H4 can't be anti-trend, then find entry point at M30/15 css. Lock positions during unsure news. then trade ~5 minutes after news

as for 'GBPUSD, GBPJPY, GBPAUD and GBPCHF' you mentioned,I can't see any good trend. Hard to see trend at this moment, USD at top wiating Jackson meeting? NZD is at bottom?lots of in the middle to look for new direction?

Look, I work in this way:

201400806 Have to cut all positions in 2 days.always make big mistake by ignoring losers --》EUR,GBP rate release
1.My view(long term,FA): BUY: USD(too low rate)==>now need skip it, bad nonfarm,bad

jobless rate,css is on top ; SELL: EUR(low inflation,but down too much? ECB will have

rate release),chf ; NZD(hiking rate,but USD is up==>NZD rebound after news over),gbp

(ready to rate hike?but data get bad->rate release),AUD(China is better,tend to stop at

any time),CAD(follow USD,but it is strangely weak),JPY(no further policy,see if the gdp is

too bad in a week) good trades: hard to see

2.Big news(FA,market tends to response N days early,price in): rate for gbp,eur; cad

employment.Japan GDP next week

3. TA,measure realtime market strength:
3.1 H4 CSS: JPY(flat)>GBP(flat),AUD(flat),USD(flat)>>CAD(up),CHF(little DOWN)>EUR

(down)>NZD( little down),
3.2 D1 CSS: USD(flat)>>AUD(flat)>JPY(flat)>EUR(flat),GBP(flat)>CHF(flat)>CAD(little

up)>NZD(down)

=====>final trade decision: BUY: ; SELL: ===>buy:; sell: . Cross forex: SELL

EURchf(1.2147),SELL eurcad(1.4600). ====>2nd choice: . Run EA? or have to manually add

positions based on CSS M30,H1,H4,D1 if having chance.

==============>This is for yesterday, I will see if I am right next day. Now my pick eurchf ,eurcad is correct.

Do you guys think this method will work well in the future? Anyone is able to make a EA?

I don't trade news either (first rule of forex - don't trade news!), but had positions open based on AUD CSS readings. I was savagely beaten as I was with NZD last week. My long term (daily/weekly) view is still strong on both.
