Something I have noticed in the last two updates (2 & 2a) is that the "TradingTimeFrame" input is set to 15 as a default. Anyone trading HGB out-of-the-box should be aware this means they will be trading HGI signals on the 15M time frame rather than the TF on the chart the EA is applied to (if it was set to 0).
-At least that is my understanding of the comment. I'm prepared to be flamed & have this deleted if I'm barking up the wrong tree!

I'm surprised HGB didn't close this trade with the occurrence of the gold wavies. The aqua lines show my manual entry on the green arrow. HGB is set to close on opposite waves. My manually placed trade shows up on the chart. Why didn't the EA close this trade- what settings do I have incorrect? HGB is set 'StopTrading"=false because I want it to open trades (just caught this one late so put it on manually), TrendTrading=true, TrendCloseOnOppositeTMA=true, WaveTradingAllowed=false (I'm only trading the big arrows), Use For Trade MgtOnly=false (because I'm not), TrendTradeComment-= TrendTrade. My manually placed trade has no magic number and no comment- is the EA looking for that OOTB comment for trend trades above that I didn't delete - "Trend Trade"? I asked here a while ago if these OOTB comments needed to be deleted so the EA wasn't looking for them to manage manual trades. Need to get this working... please, need some guidance.

Ok Leslie, I am not going to write what I really think here because that would involve breaking my own rules here. That previous sentence probably breaks them already, so sorry.

Do yourself a favour. Reread the user guide and bear in mind what you just wrote that includes, "and no comment".

I will not take sanctions against anyone kind enough to help Leslie out here because I am not allowed to by my own rules. Fact is though, he/she is better working this out for him/herself and learning to do the basic reading.

Hi,

I have set UseZeljko = true

HGB is currently selling GBPUSD and selling EURUSD (active trades and also pending). Shouldn't UseZeljko stop HGB from selling / buying any base / counter currency twice as long it is not balanced out buy another trade

:

Out of curiosity, what is going to happen when for example HGB:
- sells USDAUD buys EURAUD (= balanced)
- buys AUDNZD
- closes EURAUD

leads to sell USDAUD buy AUDNZD (= unbalanced)

Hi guys,

I have the EA set up to take Trend trades only, no stop loss and close on a reversal signal.

Earlier today a BUY Trend trade triggered just like it is supposed, as it moved up a second BUY as it supposed to, first trade hit TP

but a few candles later another BUY Trend trade popped up but the EA closed the second Buy trade and did nothing with the new BUY Trend Arrow.

I have double checked the EA and have all Wavey, rad and range trading switched off so that should not have had an influence on the trade. Just wondering if anybody has any idea if there is a setting that I am missing here.

Can anyone tell me what this means from my experts tab" Holy Graily Bob AUDCAD, M15: uninit reason 5". This follows an ALERT from HGI to Trend Sell for which my HGB is set up, but the trade didn't occur, no doubt for the reason specified. FYI, it's v2a of HGB

this means "input parameters have been changed by a user" this will reinitialize..

To trade in H4 , i need change to 240? In manual is H4, but EA is 15. I dont understand what time i need use.
