Hi Wavegarrick.
Can you please explain to which signals from TDesk you apply and which not?

Hi Awesome,

On page 15 of this thread I have posted the template. These are the TDesk compatible indictors I am using for the TDesk master dashboard. See picture below.

I am demo testing a basket approach and do not use stoplosses for this. If I get an up or down arrow in the "Overall signal" column of the Tdesk master dash I simply click on the pair that has an overall up or down arrow.
My chart opens up and I simply open a buy or sell trade in the direction of my arrow. No thinking or questions asked. I don't think I can explain it better than this... ;)

Cheers
Leon.

Do you exit the trade when the overall signal changes? And do do you still use peaky as confirmation?

Thank you
MB

Hi MB,

Nothing has changed with my manual trading on my live account as per page 1. I exit when my stochs, Rsi and other signals change in the opposite direction. I also use peaky and weekly, monthly support/res to confirm my entry.
This is manual trading in its purest form and I limit myself to a maximum of 10 pairs for my entry. It would be impossible to try and manually manage more than that.

Since then Thomas has come up with Tdesk and it has opened more possibilties for me. I now can control 28 pairs from 1 single Trade desk. I have set up a TDesk compatible indicators template for a close as possible resemblance to my trading system, with extra features available to us. There is still one indicator missing and that is the Rsi crosses and Thomas has mentioned that it is on his to do list. Hence all the demo testing which was started friday last week.

I have been closing full baskets manually up to this point. 500 to 900 pips a shot why not? ;)
I have a base to work from so will start looking at closing trades in the opposite signal direction and I believe I will get alot of mileage out of it.

Times are changing and I am trying to keep up with it

Cheers
Leon
Update:
Trades since yesterday and even after the GBP spike put a bit of a dent in my profit:

Thank you very much for your response.
It would be fantastic if you could post some Charts from the trades you took this week with the manual method. That way a lot of people would benefit, including me.

Your trade taken yesterday is my trade taken on my live account. I cannot post every chart else I will become a signal service. I have given you enough resources to study your own methodology. I appreciate you showing interest in this method. I can lead a horse to the water but I cannot make it drink.

I would love to see you post charts and tell me how well you are doing and give some ideas as to how we can improve this method. This is my mission in life ;)

Cheers
