hello,
i have on the same account a other ea who trade for me. what settings i have to make, when i want that the trademanger only manage the trades what i open manually and not the trades from the other ea?

and what settings i have to make, when i want, that the trademanger manage my orders, whe i open a manually order from my handy Android) ? the trade manger is installed on a vps, he is running always.

Hi Guys, i have some problem again with MPTM.
i read it at manual but still dont get it.
i try to set my Hidden BE + hidden JS.
but why mptm always close my trade?
i think its about "pips away from BE/JS", i try to set it from 100 to 0... (i read at manual but no explaination about pips away"
or because my broker differ from market price is 20?
any suggestion? give some attachment

I am letting all trades managed by mptm, and only setting this BE/JS feature, along with hedge to true (the hedge is not being triggered either). When I see BE/JS/hedges are not being set when they should, i remove/reattach the ea, or restart the platform, and sometimes it sets inmediatly a couple of BE/JS, but not all of them. In the error log I only see some "invalid stop" messages, which happen randomly at some criminals, even when all trades are still at a loss.

- Can someone please clarify what JS settings will make SL jump each 5 pips after breakeven and for all pairs?
- Does the JS need to be bigger than BE and/or BEP?
- Does the hedge setting need to be set on another instance of the ea in order to be activated?

I appreciate any help with this. Thank you

I'm having a problem with MPTM stopping out trades immediately after the orders are placed. I recently put on a sell trade with a SL 35 pips away from the entry price. However, every time I tried to place the trade, MPTM would stop it out instantaneously. I had two buy trades set up with similar stop losses and they were executed without any problems.

If anyone can enlighten me as to what I may be doing wrong, please do not hesitate.

In MPTM's version page 1 "Management Style" "ManageByTickeNumber" cannot be enabled.
I suggest to change the code from
extern bool ManageByTickeNumber = false;
int TicketNumber;
to
extern bool ManageByTicketNumber = false;
extern int TicketNumber = 2082829;
though when set to false, I am not sure, whether I can leave the TicketNumber empty, set it to 0 or have to set some fancy number. And then, how can I define more than one number?
Each line a different option:
extern int TicketNumber= ;
extern int TicketNumber= 0;
extern int TicketNumber= 2082827,2082828,2082829;
Is coma the right deliminator?
Would "0" stand for the specific number "0" or, in analogy to the magic number "all Ticket Numbers"? I just do not know.
And, if I would want to apply it to all trades except a specific Ticket Number?

Please comment and specify.

I just started tinkering with MPTM and I have a 5 digit broker. Should MPTM automatically adjust to working with 5 digits? Is there a way to manually adjust it because it's still assuming there are only 4.

Curious. No idea where the extern in front of TicketNumber went.

I have replaced it in the update in post 1.

No, it isn't nor is any other. You can apply mptm to manage one ticket number only. Your quoted input would cause mptm to ignore all trades unless they have a ticket number of 2082827,2082828,2082829. Doesn't seem likely, to me. :lol:
