Thanks CC for the reply, and the other chap, who's name I forget [sorreee! How rude of me!] So, my [main] mistake was that price had steamrollered through monthly pivot without any resistance? Because, so far as I can see, all the criteria were met: DT according to pivots. Price retracing back up to touch the upper FastTMA line [now repainted, so it doesn't look like it touched]. Semaphore showing possible end to retracement. Then sell a "weak red" as CC would say I don't place too much weight on the Semaphore. Would you rather take a trade at a pivot level than the FastTMA line? It would help me IMMENSELY if you [CC] would post up some more charts showing entries. I thought I had it pretty clear in my mind, but obviously not!!! Also, charts where you're NOT interested in trading could be just as helpful!! And everyone else, please post up charts. I'm happy to make a fool of myself all alone by asking stupid questions, but if everyone joins in, we'll all learn that much more/faster!! Thanks in advance, Rob |

Hi Chris, It gets pretty busy often over here so understandably I am reluctant to provide timely trade signals - I'd rather invest time in discussing how the rules are understood and applied and the resultant outcomes so that anyone reading the thread anytime can learn better. That said, the pair is tradeable with a P/O on momo weakness. Note however that the upward move may not be over as it is not yet a high on H4 TF, so sufficient SL allowance beyond the upper FastTMALine will be needed for a possible encore high. You may also consider letting it weaken further closer to the 0.55 level. Cheers, CC |

This is complex, and although the first coder who attempted didn't have complete EA first EA version given, somehow because I didn't, it was not good enough to even be looked at by author, maybe to see what I was doing right? Then I did mention something I thought might be an improvement (using H4P to lead emerging instead of DP), but this was taken as me trying to make my own system, when I was just trying to optimize and I saw that 3 indicators LOOKED like it could do the job. Never quit development on CC EA though. Put my other EA (which took MUCH less time to build) aside for now. I also asked did anyone see a LONG wick on their EURUSD H1 chart like my picture was showing. Nobody cared about taking that one on either, just got told I wasn't doing the strategy (which was not my question, if anybody would have read). Now I'll post charts, where I answered my own question. FXDD spiked the price (who knows, maybe only on my account, since they do have the ability to do so), and have now changed history. All three pics show the proof. First you have long wick that about touches MA (after 4 up bars). Then on same bar after over 35 pip lunge in a couple seconds, it goes back up while I made my post. I posted that pic too. I will now post a current pic also, which shows the historical bar nowhere near the MA. Just look at the pics! Now, if people would like to discuss things, then that's cool. But each of my posts were valid IMHO, but not taken well. I am not the most patient guy as anyone who knows me knows. I am running out of unemployment within a month, am broke, and don't want to go back to my dying /dead end career of the last 15 years. If I can't make it as a trader after studying for 5 years, studying MQL4 for just as long although I don't consider myself a professional coder (self taught), then I'm close to giving up. All I NEED to make is $275 a week to replace unemployment. I can do that if I can get my crap together, but am mental, so who knows if it will happen. I know I started a private forum and I'm the only one who contributed, I like what I see here, so I quit participating in my group where there was no communication except by me. I am a messed up individual no doubt. I do my best though. For one thing though, I KNOW and AM SICK AND TIRED of FXDD messing with me. These pics should be used as evidence of the fact. This is PLAIN manipulation after the fact. And I am about to contact them with the evidence and tell them I will be showing the same pics to SEC if they don't stop manipulating my account. Tired of this crap. Kindest regards, Don |

I twiddled a bit with Baluda's Slope Values indy to adapt its display, colours and levels to CTS and came up with the attached mod. I find it to be useful in filtering down the pairs to watch. Maybe you will find it useful too. The only thing it needs to be perfect is some kind of bias icon/colour code for indicating if each pair is a UT/UT-R/UT-RR/DT/DT-R/DT-RR. Maybe this can be added... EDIT: Now added to post #1 |

I still show the spike down at 9:00 GMT. I originally assumed this was related to the ZEW announcement. The composite chart at FF only shows that bar going down to 1.2983, 20 pips higher than mine. Something screwy happened. The time it happened was at 9:20-9:23. Those bars look like this: Not exactly normal... George |

George, Thank you. As long as it's not just me, then I know manipulation happens to everyone in this Empty4 built-in manipulation ability. I have been messed with by FXDD on a constant basis, and wouldn't use them if I had more money, but since they allow me to put in small deposits unlike MB Trading does, then I'm kinda forced to trade with them for the moment, which would be OK if they just did fair business and didn't constantly manipulate. I contacted FXDD and let them know that this changing historical data is not going to cut it, and SEC will be contacted and given the pics of proof if FXDD continues this manipulation on my account. I'll become such a pain in their butt, they will wish they never manipulated my account if they continue to do so. BTW No high impact news had been released when it happened that I know of, so I was caught unaware when it jumped back up with so much strength. I've witnessed "pivot ping pong" on high impact news though. I screw myself enough on a regular basis that I don't need help from them. I just have something wrong in my brain where I always fight the trend. I'm so sad right now. BTW, on the slowest hour of the day, EURUSD is moving more than it has in any single hour all day with the exception of the spike bar we've talked about. Can anybody clue me in to why I feel like I'm in bizarro world? Thanks again George for responding to my question. Kindest regards, Don Update: I filed a complaint with NFA against FXDD for manipulation, and hope to hear from them soon regarding the matter. I am coding the EA for CCs system, and will post when complete since an incomplete EA is not wanted by CC (thought it was, but then when posted, it wasn't because not complete). |

OK, I'm trying to kick start some interaction on the charts in real time. I'm not posting these charts in the capacity of expert, but to stimulate some conversation about them! EURUSD in uptrend and looking overextended? Need retrace to buy weak greens at a confluence level. |

Cable. Piv formation shows DT retrace, but it looks more like an uptrend to me! Would be most interesting in buying weak greens, but need feedback from CC! |

AUDUSD. Piv formation says DT retrace, but to me, this looks more like an UT. Buy weak greens? |
