You need to put more effort into studing CJ, since the pattern that Rewand speaks of is at the first page of the thread!

Look how price is formed from below, this a typical Head/shoulder pattern, but inside this pattern there is a twist. Do you see it?

The bread and butter of MM, but once you be able to spot this pattern your win rate will skyrocket, just like mine did. The whole pattern is about trapping formation where peak of a-b is smaller than that of b-c and vice versa. This is to trap traders into wrong positions.

Great post. The way I find the pattern easiest for shorts is low, lower low, higher low followed by an up M and that is the best entry for minimum risk... This was my GJ trade above yesterday afternoon:



Or for longs would be high, higher high, lower high followed by a down W like your XAUUSD screenshot above.

This chart always frustrated me. It is one peace of the puzzle that I can't find its place.

TraderJoe now that you showed it reversed I saw two W's quite clear where I never properly saw M's in the original image.

What else should I look for? levels at lower timeframes from point A to B, B to C etc..

Should I look for levels and M's and W's in these areas but on lower timeframes?

I'm sorry if this is a silly question.

I always have the feeling that I'm really close but far at the same time.. if that makes sense.

WOW!!!

So after a very successful run at the beginning of this saga with CJ... It has been a massive undertaking to catch up with the thread. Crazy ride in fact to see some of y'all crush it. BUT also miss the forest for the trees and pretty much piss CJ off to the point of no return.

At the beginning us red pill folks could only dream that one day CJ might show us some of his methodology for mapping future price. I see a few years later that he did give a glimpse. Even more extraordinary is that some of you actually seem to have got it. Truly stunning.

EVEN scarier is CJ came back to tell you a bunch of you were on the right path and killing it... and there was no response except. Learn to count levels. DAMN KIDS. YOU BLEW IT. I blew it by living in a place that doesn't tolerate unregulated Forex brokers so was unable to participate. Thankfully there is always something I can trade. ;)

For the phase 2 folks that killed it in real time, NICE. Sympathy and some others have left you a gold mine. The mechanics have been distilled very well, and can kill all on their own. The meta and logic CJ tried to share is even more powerful. BUT THE F'N mapping that @dawidforex has been just silently crushing is CRAZY next level awesome. Seriously look at the ones he crushes and shows the trades along the way. Then it looks like he can just mark up his map to show you the mechanics, levels, pushes, blah blah. WOW. I've hit hundreds of entries in the pins, and posted them here. But I can't do that. Pure GENIUS.

CJ wasn't sure anyone could come to grips with that and still hasn't taught it to my knowledge. But he could do it and dropped a few clues. I never had a chance to learn it, as we covered fundamentals at the start. But I promise I would have studied it until my eyes bled.

For most I say "Keep it Simple". Learn your levels, watch the hunts, take whats given. For the mavericks that caught a glimpse of CJ's genius and have shared it. Thank you. I am in awe, never thought I'd see that.
