I am currently using the Same Version 4.00 Build 451. as yours and I don't have that Problem at all with my Indicator or Experts Input Tab.

I don't know if you are already using AxiTrader as your broker yet but I will pass this information on to you just in case. It will probably also apply to some other borkers. The last installation of Empty4 from AxiTrader I did about 3 weeks ago had a problem. None of the indicators or EAs had an input tab when you added them to a chart. I thought for a while 'someone' was stopping us mugs from entering silly values into the settings by taking away the ability to change anything. So I just edited the file in Metaeditor.

When I finally got around to it I found there was a problem in the "MetaLang.exe" file. See here:
http://forum.mql4.com/53209 The answer is to upgrade the file by using the version supplied on page 2.

The problem is I am not on the same Time as the rest. China doesnt have daylight savings time I know that is not now and each broker has different settings so I dont know how that fits with your computer. But if I use USA EST-- JPY session is set a 7PM, EURO 3AM and USA 8 AM. I think. What I did is set the pivot when it was an hour before each session so I got it right.

The update on page 1 post 1 has Baluda's newest indi MWDP 1.09. All you have to do is change the hours to GMT in the indi. For example with Cowboy IBFX it is set to 0 for jpy opening. So setting it at 1 sets it back 1 hour for me to get JPY open pivot set one hour before opening. You can go to http://www.forexfactory.com/ at FF to get market start times and adjust your indi from there. I am not sure how that plays out with all the different broker start and ending times around the world.

Now that I have Updated the Indicator, I have also Inserted a Clock (indicator) that Show's me GMT which is the Same as my Local Time here in the UK, so meaning that I would have to Set GMT on the DWMP 1.09 Indicator to =0 to get European Session's open pivot set one hour before opening, please let me know if I am Right or Wrong. Please see the Uploaded Chart to understand where I am coming from.

Egads I wouldnt know?? I live in China so .............. 0 GMT time setting is the JPY open for me, so this could get tricky explaining. Like I said earlier, I set my times by waiting for an hour before the session and making the pivots set at the beginning of that hour. I then set my pivot time inside the indi and saved the template. I then saved profiles for each session and then I have to reset anything. I just save to default profile what ever session I want to trade and bingo. Now I dont have to think about it any more.

Just a general question about the EAs you are suggesting with 10.3.
I have counted 16 EAs + 3 Jump EAs + MPTM EA.

Could we imagine to group several Buy/Sell EAs into just ONE Buy/Sell EA which could have different parameters that could be set by the trader to let (if he wishes) the EA react when the price is crossing EMA 5, SMA 10, or DO or DP ? (Meaning he could choose (or not) for hedging these different thresholds)

Another question: What is the main difference between "10.3 1X10 BUY.CLOSE 1.1" EA and "10.3 10.0 MA BUY ANY TF SHFM 11.12" EA? Thanks

This implies that the 08:00 London open is 4 hours behind your broker’s start of day, so you would need to set the value as -4 to plot the London start of day.

But remember Bob has suggested plotting the indi 1 hour before the actual open i.e. 07:00 for London, so you should set the value as -3.

Same principles then apply to NY etc.

The key message is to compare to your broker’s start of day and not your local time
