If you take all your trading tools and templates and put them in one folder I can post them on pg 1. I can call it BoldTrader's Tools or BTTs or something like that. We can take some of your teaching posts and put them in a PDF so traders months from now can still read your information.
Bob, prior to BoldTrader offering something more definitive; my friend and I put some notes together on this earlier today.

The attached PDF is all the relevant posts and Charts from BoldTrader since page 132 in this thread up to the last few hours.

I’d like to say thanks to you for a great system and thanks to BoldTrader for his contributions on his method and TMA band use, which I have found very useful.

I hope people find this small contribution back to the group helpful! :)

Kudos to your implementation of the TMA and your guides to points of entry based on previous break pts. It is a great compliment to NB already successful strategy. Can you post the latest version you are using as the ones in the post do not look like yours with the double lines when i attach them to the platform. It only gives off one set of lines.

TIA
TMA is installed twice. The second one with a different ATR.
Thanks for that....I see where wavegarrick listed his parameters but did not see boldtraders. Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks
Lionsden
Lionsden,

BoldTraders settings are ebdlAtrMultiplier 1.272 for one set of bands and 1.6185 for the other, using the indi he posted earlier in the thread.

Hope this is of use.

A bit out of topic, revisiting old Bob´s 5.0

This is AUDNZD weekly chart from 1996 until now. A big reversal could happen during the next months. In that case, will NZD continue following AUD as Bob pointed? Is this a play of the stronger following the weaker, or it is just a determination of NZD central bank that will keep the track of AUD no matter the direction of the trend? We´ll see...

Thanks very much. If I can also get the basic template I can put this together and put it on pg 1. Having an experienced trader like this teach gives me a break and I sooooooooo appreciate it. I have 3 months left of running my school and then we are done. 12 years of China and I wouldnt trade the experience for anything in the world but my wife and I are tired and ready to just run and hide for a couple of months this summer. So all this help is a Godsend for me. :)

First it is interesting that the NZD went first on the bank rate increase. We maybe seeing a fundamental break of the aud and nzd. I used to have a thread at FF on trading the aud/nzd but its fundamentals changed as the aud became more and more reliant on trade with China. It changed the dynamics of how they interacted. We maybe seeing this happen again in that China's economy is slowing down thereby not needing as much raw material that the aud provides it. However, nzd economy is more inline with food and animal products which will still be needed. So it is possible their roles may switch changing the fundamentals of the two. To answer your question will the aud be going back to parity with the dollar anytime soon? I doubt it very very much. Can it continue to sink over the next year or longer? Most likely. Will this affect the nzd as much as the aud? Probably not but I dont know how much that relationship will be affected. Right now I see a role reversal where the nzd now is the leader. How long that will last? ????????????????????????? So that is how I read it for now.

For a pure technical standpoint a reversal is being called for. From a fundamental standpoint?????????????

The beauty of the CSS will be it will show us that the nzd is trading places with the aud and it could become the leader. Then we will change our rule. Whenever the nzd goes the aud will follow could be the watchword of the future. It means we will know before others figure it out. :)

Just use the standard TMA you can get it from Al's thread at FF. It still will give you similar reads.
