And what about GBP/USD?

So what I learnt from "Don't stick to just one timeframe when trading" is that before going to 15M or 1H, go to the higher tf like H4 and D1 and see what price is going and what it is doing, you will have much more clear direction of the price. Identify the the levels in higher tf and dropdown to a lower tf and do the same thing and just go for 15min tf just for your entry(according to your direction bias) to have a high probability low risk trade. So this is what I'm expecting for Gu, I'm not good with patterns(as you can see some posts when a guy called david something was around, they didn't end pretty well)but I believe that they grow from lower tf to higher tf. So it did a nice "M" in higher time frame, I dropped to the 4H tf and this is what I see. Then I dropped to the H1 did the same thing now I'm expecting one more little movement down and a reversal.
Ps: I'm also learning in a demo account so if you have any suggestion or anything to add let me know.

What do you recon Captain, will UC go up?
Yes....but it will also go down and it will also range. UC appears to be at an area of interest where both buyers and sellers are drawn to. Where it goes and when is based on the TF of the chart...

We know that almost all Tf's are in sync right now...all you have to do is look at each from the 1M up...

This will be one rare time where you can find the source pattern on the 1M, just setting there, looking back at you...And I find it very strange that, even though I posted to open every chart, no one has "seen" this???

Look at the Monthly chart....chop at the top....I've discussed this before....search the thread for it....major turning point in my opinion....

It has also been posted, to find the outcome, watch the 1M chart...if you want to make some quick pips, watch the 1M and trade the 15M....but you will soon lose the 1M source as posted.

Price mapping....1st and foremost is the fact that you don't need it to trade forex so don't waste your time trying to create them. A few people who have been through here can do it but some of them have also seen the effects of an incorrect map.

Finding a source pattern is not the problem. When I map, I do it for the higher time frames because the source comes from a higher time frame. This reduces the variation or deviations that are present due to scaling issues and the number of times the source pattern repeats. Obviously, a 1M source is going to repeat many times and each time it will have variance and deviations from the previously one. These variations smooth out as you go higher and your map is more accurate. Look at all of the long term maps I have posted, the accuracy across the duration of the map is uncanny. This would not be the case if I use a lower TF source.

If you are having problems finding the reversals, which form the PH and PL's, then throw a harmonic helper on your chart. Zup 135 and Zup 142 are 2 good ones that will search and find the patterns. I offer no support for them and do want to see charts posted with them in the thread.

This is not an indicator per se, it finds repetitive patterns that are based on Fib ratios, looking for reversals...plenty of threads out there on how to use them.

Hello, i'm reading CJ and Steve Mauro for 4 weeks and the more I read i'm more confused. I know it will take a time before i will see this but i have one question. What looking for on the chart on the beginning ? It's good start looking for 3x push and reversal pattern on m15 or maybe it's better to looking for 3-day cycle and then for the reversal pattern ?

Also i want to thank you CJ because you explained me something what i was think about for looooong time before i came here.

Welcome tomson002... you should seek to find the peak high or peak low and start from there...you should only demo trade until you can FULLY identify the cycle, pushes and levels.

Point is, take time to scan the charts. There is no need to constantly be in a trade. The range is always set during Asian, the break almost always comes during London and the reverse is NY, back to the range. They work with each other, across all three shifts. They are limited in resource, and must take profit off the table. When price moves out of range then back, profit is booked and the next cycle begins. Look at the 1st chart posted in this thread. Price started at a point, moved above and below the range and ended at the same point it began....this is the larger version of the pattern, that took place over a month or more.

The same process that appears on the 15M WILL appear on the higher time frames, hitting the 30M first then working it's way all the way up to the monthly. Locate the pattern on ANY time frame and follow it.

We're hitting it hard on the 15M because it plays out here quickly. Take longer term trades based on the same pattern, on the higher time frames. They are there. 8-)

Regarding your post number 1366. The same pattern playing out on different TF on Usd/Cad, hitting the lower TF first.

I'm missing a lot bits and pieces, I don't know why it's difficult for me to grasp.

Especially the weekly circle, that is 3 day rise + SH and fall. Sometimes I take a trade on the suppose peak high with M printed BUT to have to price to continue to rise.

I find 15mins daily routine easier to follow, price spreading, hitting the the highs and lows with some stop hunt then the move. I'm going through the thread again, I really do want to make it work.

Indeed! Many thanks from my side for everything that has been shared on the last few pages and beyond. It is a real pack of ammo. Only need to get down to work out the practical details of application and fit this concept to other pieces of NT. Top man CJ, I am forever indebted.
