i got a problem with SD indicator.
Left Pic shows EA with SR , right pic shows SS_SupportRessistance_v04c. The Difference is 40 Pips (High of Turncoat Support).
Tebis,

I think the difference is caused by different settings in the SS_SR indi and the values of SS_SR used by the ea. I left the indi in the CF ea because removing it may cause other problems.

The MACD EA does not use the SS_SR indi, so it will not affect the trading logic.
Peter,
Could you post a setfile (EURUSD) ? I d like to compare the basic settings.

Hi Dietcoke,

Thanks for fixing the trade entry logic.

The SL and TP code snippets look alright, but it is still not working, not sure why ?

EDIT : Revised the SL TP code this pm, think it is working now, waiting for the next trade entry.

When price hits resistance zone, it will reverse, and when a H4 candle CLOSED and H4 MACD turned red, then sell.

This trade would be taken automatically by the ea.

We will see tomorrow if this happens. The only thing that will prevent this from happening is a fundamental news causing the euro to spike up.

Right now, the USD is strong from good economic news coming out from the US, so EU,GU and AU all falling.
The EURO has retraced during the night, met support turned resistence and looks like reversing. The H4 MACD is still green, but for some reason, the ea has opened a sell. Another interesting point is that the euro appears to be bouncing off the weekly pivot (confluence).

Euro news coming out at 10 am uk time which may affect the euro's fall, as German ZEW economic sentiment is forecast to be better than expected which could make the euro rise.
Even as I am typing, the euro has already started to fall, and H4 MACD is turning red.

I may close my trade before 10 am, take half profit or move sl to be.
German zew economic sentiment worse than expected, so euro likely to fall further.
Contrary to above, the industrial production is better than expected, so euro is rising after the news.

The euro is below 240ma, is in a DT and USD is strong. Likely the euro will drop in due course. My SL is 10 pips above 240ma.
EURO resuming the DT.

Likely to move down to test support at 1.2880

Right now I am waiting for dollar pairs to retrace, meet resistance and pivot, then sell on H4.

The opposite for xxxjpy pairs.

The CF EA has caught the xxxUSD pairs going down, some more further to fall.

The CF ea demo will be run from Frankfurt open to London close from today. I observed that the ea gave up much of its gains after London close as price retrace.

Also, Asian session is too sluggish and price lack momentum.

Because I set the ea to trade one direction only (i.e. buy/sell only if in profit), so far I have not seen any big draw downs.

It is presently running on my microlot live account.

The pipstep thingy will multiply your gains as well as your losses.

INCREDIBLE. THE S&P500 IS THREE POINTS BELOW 1650 !

This is caused by central banks printing money and pumping liquity into the financial system.

The CF ea is up 6.3% after two days. Not bad.

No sign of blowing the demo acccount yet. Clearly, the settings are not going to make you 100% profit, but it is less likely to blow your account either.

The chart also shows how the ea trade. The daily MACD is red, H4 MACD retraced last night, met resistance, then reversed down again, and the ea caught this move perfectly.

Not a bad strategy, and it is fully automatic ! I take my hat off to KH for a wonder ea.
