Hope this will help anyone still trying to learn CSS. This is not a catch all.. but there are definately some great setups and situations to watch for where CSS will give a heads up and lead the way to potential market conditions.

The following real trades were focused on EU, GBP, YEN and USD.. particularly focused in on the YEN maintaining the Trend Line, showing consistent and continuing weakness holding to the self drawn Trendline. Since Yen held TL, my focus was to sell yen weakness and buy the counter currencies when timing was right.

Vertical lines on the chart show points where trade conditions setup.
1) First trade setup, buy USDJPY.
2) Next.. when GBP moved back up -0.20 I bought GBPJPY
3) Next... EUR turned up against the Yen, bought EURJPY
4) EURUSD dropped below +0.20, Sold EURUSD. EUR had not crossed below USD yet.. but USD was rising to meet EUR. This makes for a positive USD and negative EUR.. Sell EURUSD.

Trade results:
1) USDJPY: +89 pips, 1/2 position
2) GBPJPY: +102 pips 1/2 position
3) EURJPY: +32 pips 1/2 position
4) EURUSD: +117 pips 1/2 position.

Gain on account in past 48 hours: +2.71 %

Yes.. I was in several of these positions prior to the fed announcement on tapering based on CSS. After the announcement, based on CSS, at 50 pip intervals, positions were increased per trade management rules.

Once position equity reached certain levels and with STo7 confirming (along with my own proprietary utility) 1/2 positions are closed, with stops move to b/e +.

Important: In my professional opinion, the Fed announcement and resulting price action only confirmed what the CSS already was forecasting prior to the announcement. These positions were opened several hours prior to the news.

Trades were made based on 1) CSS, 2) H4 counter trend trades back into the direction of the MST.

I made a bunch as well last night, mostly xxxJPY long trades. Didn't see the USD coming though.

I see you have both the H4 and the D1 values on your CSS, can you share that with us?

Compiling Indicators:

HI Bob

When compiling indicators, I have found that if I use a ' 5 series' version of Meta Editor to compile the files before adding them to the new 6 series platform it gets around most of the isssues.

NZDJPY - H1. EDSEL long (green) trend, price touching TMA lower bands and Sto 7. Placed Steves flexible stoch EA buy, before I left work. Trade entered during trip home. Removed EA and adjusted stops when I got home.

I guess so as well, just noted he had both the numbers of the H4 and the D1 noted on the top right of his CSS-info page.

Mine only displays the current TF's numbers.

I only check the D1 values before looking at the charts, the H4 might have helped me get in some of the USD moves last night.
