No matter what system you use big news stories will always beat an indi system. Solid MM helps you get through those rough times.

Last week I had a losing week, this week I am all smiles. I am up for the month and up for the year but still I have my bad moments. Anyway while price ranges any of these indis, TMA, BB, M/W formations, GANN lines are going to work. Anyway if you want to know how to use a TMA go to Alorent thread at FF and he will teach you how to use that thing.

Bob´s 10.6 system is the best I´ve ever traded. With TMA it becomes close to perfection. TMA keeps you out of the not so good trades even when 10.6 signals are all go. With 10.6 alone I was getting about 75% winners. With TMA and 10.6, I am getting a 92% success rate. Of course, TMA decisions are subjective and involve a lot of experience using it before you reap the benefits.

Welcome and always welcome. I would appreciate very much for your comments on using the TMA. Your experience and knowledge of it is way past mine. So please feel free to teach. I miss our discussions we have had from time to time. I am looking at a TMA setting of 1.5 because this show a very clear break above and below TMA outer lines. Then putting a pending at the xxx.000 and xxx.050 as you expect it to come back in. I also am looking at some of the other versions posted trying to see which one would work best with the system but I suspect they would be close to equal since they are similar types of indis. Right now I am trying to grasp using Fib numbers instead of ATR and then there is the Gann lines. Need some study time on those but if you can enlighten me on their differences I would appreciate it.

Yes. 86 in a row is my record now, using 10.6 and TMA together.

I have to slow down some because I have sold my school here in Nanning and am winding things down. It will take up a lot of my time to transfer to the new owners. By July I expect to have a normal job here in China working 20-25 hours a week rather than the 60-80 I have been and concentrating more on trading than teaching. One of my goals is hopefully I can visit that beautiful country of yours, along with some others. So back to work. I need to set up next years school budget and prepare to speak Sunday night to a crowd.
