I see the HGI is updated even twice during the last week ...
So to make it sure: we can simply change the indi name (actuallyinstaed of 15.01 we have 15.06) in the parameters (F7) of the Steves HGB, no other changes are needed ?

Yes, although check the TradingTimeFrame at the top - needs to be 240.

Hi all - Probably a stupid question, but I see references to HGI updates, but I can't find where they are. Where can I find them? Am I being really thick?

Hi Tommaso, thanks for the reply - I'm not sure what happened with my original post, because I was sure I typed HGI EA. I have been following the thread for the past week, and am testing the EA on demo to match my overall trading approach. I know there are inidicator updates in Post 1, but I see references to EA versions, 2b etc, but in the HGI EA thread post 1, I don't see updated versions.

Oh dear. Another one absolutely determined to read nothing whatsoever that I write. In a way, this sort of obstinacy verges on admirable.

You would do yourself a lot of favours by at least reading my posts - I am the coder after all. And don't bleat, "But I do" because you would know where to find the updates if you did.

I was looking for updated versions listed in Post 1 with names identifying them as with other threads, but am figuring that the attachment in post 1 is replaced without the version in the filename.

This is the case. If you open the EA or Indi in metaquotes, the author typically writes the version number in the first lines of code, so you can confirm. I rename old version file names with version numbers in case of need to revert and archive them.
