Hi @all. New versions 3.1 of UBD and USD are available. They now have the same trading symbol input method as TDesk 7, see the changed inputs (coloured red) at viewtopic.php?f=106&t=5655. You will have to re-configure your running projects in this aspect. You can do it by the following easy steps: 1. Save your current UBD and USD configurations to setfiles. 2. Install the new versions. 3. Load the saved setfiles. 4. Reconfigure the trading instruments by the new input fields. You could also copy your former list of symbols from SymbolsList to a notepad and then paste it into the new input field SymbolsToInclude. But I would rather recommend using the full power of the new method. The expiry date got changed to 2022-01-01. Stay well and safe.

Hi folks, I have spent several hours this week trying to get my head around and successfully create a buffer that sends Sixths signals to TDesk, and failed miserably time and again. Please could someone put one together for me to forward test. I only want to sell in the top 2/6ths and buy at the bottom 2/6ths. It will be TF selective too. Thank you in advance. Stay safe. Hey Richard,

I think you just have to change the TradeableRangeDivisor in PeakyBuffer.mq4:

Code: Select all

extern int  TradeableRangeDivisor = 3;

This way you have 3 ranges.

And in the TDesk Universal Buffer Drone set:

Long_Operand_1_Buffer = 4
Short_Operand_1_Buffer = 5

Please test the following files. Note that I have set my PeakyBuffer NumberOfBars to 3000.

Hi Wallywonka, I have often noticed that price tend to reverse after hitting ADR high or ADR low. Is it possible to set TDesk UBD to go long when price hits ADR high and go short when price hits ADR low ? Thanks in advance. peter
