OK - thanks for working on the NewMarketIndy for ADR. I realised finally that what I was looking for was simpler than I explained - ie the number of pips moved from the Open.

So....I have tried my had to amend your Indy to show this.....and finally managed several hours later. Not sure I completely understand all the terms in the program but using logic I have managed to get it to work (see attached image) :yahoo:

I attach here for anyone interested - not guarantees I havent messed somethign else up but it looks OK (note - the swap does not work in FXCM)

I trade the M15, has anything g been done to the 16.04 M15 indicator. It seems to produce several signals at the same time, maybe more periods is better. I have no idea what I'm saying. :smile:

When you refresh it looks great, of course. Could a white line ne added to show where it was originally? We are talking the 16.04 M15 which gives wavys only!

this version is a beta test version, check if you use ignoreFuture and if, set it to false.., but as mentioned it is a beta version ..
You can try the normal 16.04 if you have problems with the special version, it works perfect with M15, but uses no special formula..

I have been trading the H4 charts. Last night I went to bed I was up $160. on a $1. lot. At 1am, the signal changed and by the time I checked my charts at 6am, I was down almost $200.

From now on, I am going to experiment with the M15 chart template.

As I wrote sometime before it is considered on the to do list for a next update, as we want to simplify the HGI and we are testing some solutions, have please some patience..

Does anyone do as I do? Basically if I miss an immediate signal I refresh the charts to see if that symbol is still there - this gives me the confidence to enter the trade.

Anyway, I refresh a few times a week to get rid of clutter. Old signals which are no longer valid might impact on my trade decisions.

Not exactly the easiest market this week so far. Took my first trades using HGI but filtered with use of price action. All on 4hrs. Went long copper on Monday at 2.6226 out today at 2.6235. Short coffee at 161.60 currently 1.5290. Long NZD JPY on Monday at 88.58 and closed today at 89.30. There was also a signal to go long NZD USD but I did not take that as too closely correlated with the previous trade - would have been good though. Long CAD JPY at 95.89 closed today at 95.23. Also had one quick losing trade in UJ in at 119.07 out at 118.70. I missed a number of trades simply through being too slow/late/preoccupied/stupid etc. I am only posting these trades above to show that it seems one can trade other instuments using HGI, not only forex. I intend to look at some stocks as well the coming week as that and commodities are mostly what I trade.

I agree difficult week, I also have been using hgi to trade indices, dax oil, etc, although dax has hardly moved this week, hi works well when we get movement
