So today at night the small matilda acc with EURNZD (1k only start capital !) was knocked out - it is moved into the "archive" (TGTFX2). The amazing result: the same acc with GBPUSD did much better (... so far :? ;) ) it could even survive ! All the other Matilda acc's with 3-5 k start capital are still doing well !
Even the newer Matildas (Matilda II + Matilda WW) are more active now ... at the end we some more trading !
My fault was: the Matilda II was running all the time on H1 not on H4 as required. :arrrg:
I switched yesterday only to TF H4 !

The PP (Pipcruiser's Pipmasher) is pretty good chugging along !

It seems I have no luck with all the older Bob type EAs :? :uff:
Neither the SB nor the SBB looking good now.
The only hope could be to get any advice from other trader fellows here for changing the settings.

Although the CF-TOR 104 is collecting pips - the DD becomes higher and higher ! As I remember brinols moumerous BT's with tick data showed: this bot can do a quite satisfying job (collecting pips) for a long time, but at one day the disaster will occur without doubt ! Not sure about a further test of the 104 ... the 115 is posted yet !

After playing around with the HGB v 2b using some different TF's + other params and watching the behaviour of this bot I decided to run it only on the daily TF.
I use only trend trades and combined trend trades.
The close on the opposite TMA is switched off !
Two acc's are running with pendings only: one of them has MM included - SL 150, TP 600, JSL 75, BE 100, in the other one only TP 600 is set up + closing on opposite arrows !
Accordingly two other accounts are running with instant trade opening and the same order management as described above for the 2 acc'S with pendings.

Didn't create the MFXB links so far ... will do that asap. :)

OMG ! That pretty good run of the EURNZD (platform GP 2) was at the end today something like a late Christmast gift .... if I would run it live .... :lol: :uff:

Yes - today I did what I usually never do: intervented manually ! :o

Watching the EURNZD trade after a big DD I saw growing gains: today the gain achieved 1k ! And now I saw a round number ahead - so I couldn't resist and decided to close that funny run with success ! :clap:

Got a profit of 1k = 23 % ! :cheer:

Btw I observed in the past already sometime, that the Matilda can earn huge gains just after suffering from high DD's. Maybe even after running into a deep DD price after such an event will bounce and run with higher momentum into the opposite direction ... who knows ... ;)

OMG - that incredible EURNZD run continued during this night :o :shock: ... stronger NZD, weak EUR ... being more patientI I could earn even a bigger "Christmas gift" - 1.5 - 2 k ... or even more ? :smile: :lol: :yahoo:

I hope only, that my live account in the next year will provide similar "gifts" ... ok, ok some smaller gifts but regularly are quite enough for me ... :)

Conserning the HGB: Nothing special so far. Not loosing, slight wins. Its simply to early for reporting any results. Waiting the v. 2f before restarting the test.

Ok - here we go straight in this new year ! :party:

I added my 4 daily HGB platforms into the "portfolio" (MFXB link "TGT_FX"). It is v. 2b of the bot. So not to old and bugfree.
Only trend trades are in use.
The indi is v. 15.06.
HGB 1: pending trades only, no special money management (TP 600, close on opposite arrows)
HGB 2: pending trades and + MM: TP 600, SL 150, JSL 75, BE 100, close on opposite arrows
HGB 3: instant market trades, no special money management (TP 600, close on opposite arrows)
HGB 4: instant market trades and + MM: TP 600, SL 150, JSL 75, BE 100, close on opposite arrows

A bit confused bcz the bot is opening in the case of pendings the first trade with 0.05 lot, but in the settings I have 0.01 lot :oops: :? Is it a bug ? :oops:
And: despite of the same entry criteria, same broker, same platform etc. the signals maybe/are slightly different (20 pips) or may ocure at one platform and not at the other running side by side :? :oops: ?
So the results at this 4 platforms are quite different, dont compare them directly looking only the balance/equity numbers.

Hi dear all ! :hi:

And here is another one !
Jose released "just in time" a number of fresh ideas and EAs starting into the new year 2015 ! :party:
I added them collected into the zip folder attached.

I have so far 4 of the new creations in my tests and included them into the "portfolio" (TGT_FX: MFXB link).
Lets see what they will bring us the next weeks ... months ;) :D

If someone will test / is testing some of the numerous bots out now in Jose's threads - you could the MFXB links post here - if you like it. It would be easier to compare them, otherwise post your results of these bots in their "home" threads !
You must read the threads for a right use of the bots !!

Got it ! The platform with HGB3 isn't fully uploaded with all the history for GBPAUD (and some other pairs ... ) - I saw that only now. So only this Empty4 platform is generating for some pairs wrong signals ... dunno why. But its impossible for me to upload the full history ? ! :arrrg: :cry:

Anyway, the reason for the differences described above is clear now. So its absolutly necessary to check the history update for the platform bevor starting the HGB ! At least 1000 are needed. In the case of the majors I have an avarage of 5000 (up to 10000) in my (daily) history (GP).
In case of impossibility of updating the history - start a new crappy platform ! :youknow:
