thanks Harry. For some reason still some symbols not working... ![]() yet they match the right format. Also tried turning ignore off. Strange. Could it be FXCM putting the symbols into different folders I wonder... (see below link) http://www.zimagez.com/zimage/screensho ... 235756.php So what would be the symbols in these screenshots closest to signals? Would it be USDCHF? Just need to wait for sto722 to confirm over the 80% line: ![]() Lan: I know you're asking Bob but I want to say it anyway. The way I understand it is 1) Yes, you can still do that. I can't see how that aspect of a system is so different in EDSEL - it's just been simplified, no need to go with it 2) Bob might have his own comments but to me psychology is very important. Having a reassess at rigid times of day is going to be better at protecting from emotions at the cost of potential. However, it's my view that emotions are the biggest danger in effecting trades. If you can feel an emotional response in your decisions (fear, greed/fear of missing out) - which nearly everyone does in most decisions then it makes sense to have a timetable. I've seen this referred to as "locking in". I'm doing it by tightening up stops. The act of doing so appeases my poor discipline. It's an expensive way to exit but I'm just starting out here. One step at a time. |

Well in USDCHF, this is counter trend trade which i dont take. if you want to go with trend then you have to wait till sto7 start moving down because you can see the red bar which is sell signal. There is no buy signal so dashboard will not show you any signal until sto7 start moving down from top... i hope i am on track... |

OR you look for the double red bars and make it a 10.6 trade. A 10.4 trade waits for the STO7 to go above 80 on the 4H chart and a 10.6 trade waits for it to go back to the 15MA line on the 1H. If price is trending strongly you will miss getting back into a strong trend on the 4H chart but you will get it on the 1H chart. |

When price action cuts the corner of the DP and doesnt touch you have a strong trend and look to the next best spot to enter. I am choosing the next xxx.00 line on the usd/chf. That will be a break of the previous low and a break of a support area. |

News at Forex Factory: "the EUR/USD hourly chart maintains a strong neutral stance in the hourly with the upside still favor as per price developing above some short term speed lines coming from 1.3240" notes Valeria Bednarik, Chief Analyst at FXstreet.com. Analysis from Nanningbob a no paid analyst from Steve Hopewood Forum (sorry Steve couldnt resist): eur/usd price action cut the corner of the DP and retraced to the 15MA line on the 1H chart creating a double red bar. Traders put their buy Pendings above the 15MA line and caught the move. By mid JPY morning session 30 pips were put into the bank. Now which one did you understand better. Maybe I should become a highly paid analyst. |

I love this analysis of price action at Forex Factory (FF) The story above and below were posted within 8 minutes of each other. I am sure you could use this information to make a hefty profit. snicker And now from JPMorgan Having defended key-support at 1.3389/62 (pivot/minor 76.4 %), EUR/USD seems to have stabilized which puts it back into a more neutral stage in between the latter and key-resistance at 1.3706 (minor 76.4 %), notes JP Morgan. "It takes a breakout of this range by at least 20 pips on hourly close though to receive fresh directions either in favor of a renewed attempt to reach out for 1.3977 (monthly triangle) or in favor of an extension lower for a test of the next major T-junction on higher scale at 1.3276 (76.4 % on higher scale), 1.3431(hourly trend)," JPM projects. |

So would the 2 days before be considered cutting the corner too? Or is there something more specific I am missing? |
