Hi Folks

This is what I have been testing over the past couple of weeks, giving promising results.
Again it uses the cross of the 1SMA over the 34LWMA.
My aim, as always, is to get better entries, more pips per entry and lower draw down, I think we are getting there.

Steve is working on additions to Desky at the moment that will take basket TP at different values according to the daily range value of the pairs, and also place all the SL’s together. He's a busy chap so I'll work with what I've got for the time being.

Here is an example of it in action.

Here we use the H1 TF. All though we trade the M5 1SMA cross of the 400LWMA (which is equivalent to the H1 34LWMA minus 8, to make it a round number).
SS again (D1,W1,MN1), and also HGI (H4,D1,W1)
Immediate market trade on 100% agreement of the signals, and a grid of 2 Limit orders which are ½ D1 ATR apart.
There is also a SL at 150% of D1 ATR value (These need moving together manually with a script to the market order SL).
Individual pair basket TP is 60pips.

You will need HGI, Buffers & Signal Drones in your folder and relevant files too.

Hello, I hope this helps. Go to the top left and click Tools/Options/Notifications and unclick notify of trade transactions. You may have to click enable push notifications first. Then make sure they are both disabled and save.

I've never seen so many zeros added to the price like that. I'd check your desky pair settings and lot setting.

Below you will find the templates and indicators for what I believe to be a more stable set that has been running for a couple of weeks derived from my previous posts on this feed.

It uses the cross of the 1MA over/below the 34LWMA on the M5 TF, 4 x SS TF's (H4,D1,W1,MN) and 2 x HGI TF's (M5,H4).
All must be in agreement.
When conditions are met it either buys or sells at market and sends a grid of 3 limit orders with the value of the H4 ATR apart. It also places a SL at 125% of the D1 ATR on the trade/orders.
TP is still 20 pips for each pair and there is also a global close at 50 pips.
The brakes are off as far as balance filters, but it stops placing more orders below 1500% available margin.


The dip in growth was a GA retracement that hit the 1st SL, then continued in our direction to take the 20 pip TP with a nett result of a 120 pip loss. If it continued in the wrong direction it would have been quite a loss, but we are a ultimately trading in the higher TF direction so hopefully it should not happen often. Time will tell...... :!:

Just checking in, did other users get hyperactivity on their GP accounts using this? My demo did get closed, ive re-opened another Demo, and will probably increase the minimum margin to avoid this / to help.

This particular demo on my test rig managed to dodge the hyperactivity bullet on the spike yesterday, but a couple of other r1ch4rd tdesk demos that has been doing very well were not so lucky, and were deleted. Have restarted those on fresh demos, but gutted at having lost the test data

On the plus side though, these tdesk setups from r1ch4rd really seem to be doing the business, and over a variety of market conditions to boot.

Yes I lost 3 (34LWMA cross) demo accounts unfortunately. One had been running for several months and the others where just over a month old.
I have used the opportunity to tweak some settings and started over again.
