Hi,

here there are my results (with the version f) for the last 5 hours, taking into consideration the trades still opened and the closed.

Hi Jose,

Its good to note that time-frame does not matter much on this EA.

Hi,

I am finishing the definitive version of the Mango Cooler EA.

Now I am fine tuning it. After five years experimenting, I think this EA could solve the EBG (Equity Balance Gap) paradigm of grid trading, via cooperative trading.

Some of the ideas were taken from the Rinse 'n Repeat and the GridDancer/GridMaster threads. The solution is between them.

Two days more to test. Let's see. I will post my findings next Saturday.

Hi Jose,
This is awesome. I have a feeling Mango Cooler EA is one to watch. I haven't been around today and so i never was on my comp to trade. I will continue tomorrow and give further result. Once you are through, lets have it for testing as well. Thanks for your dedication in building this EA.

Dear dollarmine,

I cannot post my findings and the Ea for now due to one of two possible reasons:

-The EA is so good that it is earning a lot of money (2% daily, low DD, etc.), and I would prefer to reopen the signal service and send the signals for a fee, after testing extensively for one more month, and distributing freely the signals for the the next month of June. :hi:

-The EA is so bad that it not deserves further comments, and I have send it directly to the trash bin.

In any case, the best thing to do for now will be to go to bed, stop drinking more brandy, finish the celebrations, and not post for a week. :!!:

Download the new Indi, and rename to 16.07. I guess the EA would work.

Hi there!

I just want to thank Steve, José Luis, , Rene, and all the people ( I know I forget many...

) that contribute, share, advice and help to most of us.. thank you very much for all your effort, work and patience..

I discovered this forum some weeks ago, and I started trying some EA´s mainly José´s ones.

mainly I am newbie so I beg your pardon in case I make very silly comments or questions . I usually prefer to read on past posts to search for the answer ..but nobody´s perfect...

I started with Birthday EA using two instances of Empty4, one OOTB and spread 6 as much, and the other OOTB using 28 pairs plus AU, AG A, and oil, and the rest of setting as original ( spread up to 6) but I took apart AU,AG and oil due to oil and au never started and AG gave me big losses.. so now I use only the 28 pairs.

birthday one V4 - with José´s pair is 10000€ account, 1:500 leverage and 0.1 lots per 1000€ so its lots is 0.1 V4

bithday V4 - 28´s pair is 30.000€ 1:1500 0.30 lots

any increment of 1000€ in balance will add 0.1 lots to trade

I must say I try to keep on my laptop 24/5 but I need to turn it off during some periods of time, 08:30 09:00, 13.30-15.30 17:30 18:15 GMT+1 Time due to I return home from work..

last week both were performing well until Friday when quite big losses occurred, we´ll see how the carry on this week..

I started today also EL Caloret and Kiss n grid , I mess it up with El Caloret because I was using the same Empty4 instance for another EA which had an important DD so El Caloret needs to take care now of that disadvantage .jejej let´s see

I want to try also some more, as Rinse n Repeat family , mango cooler, and Final kiss ( this one I couldn´t find it..I think it´s was removed ) but i don´t know if my i7 will explode during the next days. :!!:

Maybe you can clarify if it´s a good idea to test over Empty4 , those EA´s on each pair, ( I don´t know if any software can test multipair EA´s...

in order to find which pair is behaving better or it has more chances of give a good reward..also to change parameters to make an EA more profitable, optimising it..
