My observation is that the EA does not have the problem of opening trades in the wrong direction. To avoid any market black swan event, I normally set a big SL of say 300 pips in my live trading just in case. This will also help to alleviate a major harm to my account if there is any problem with the EA. In normal market situation, a SL of 300 pips is unlikely to be hit. The position will be closed well before that by the Opposite signals.

I think this EA should be profitable in the long run.

pls , has anyone observed that the trading time is no longer working properly, and it is the key to make this ea a success, i tried using it but it seems it is malfunctioning with this new Empty4 build. :arrrg: :arrrg:

Hi Dynamic,
What do you mean with not working properly?

Since the last versions the direction of trades and openings has'nt been modified.
it had more to do with the trade management.

I think there is somewthing whitin your setfile. In my demos it's working correctly.

Time, is the challenge I am currently facing..
Have to put out some tests, but currently in lack of time to do so..
So, will keep you posted later on..

kwchau, on which tf do you set sl ton 300?
on H4 you might want to take it a bit higher for the rad arrows.

On my live Daily TF. I seldom allow it to reach 300 pips loss, will normally close the loss position earlier.

I had this trade today, I'm not sure this is a valid entry....This trade was entered back on the 3rd...I have no idea why it took the trade long....I'm trading 4hr and i have no turned the MA filter on, can anybody confirm the 240MA filter is working.....?

I have been running the EA for awhile first with 2x1 and more recently with 2x2.I am very happy with the EA.
There are a lot of pending trades in the wrong direction which doesn't particularly concern me except for the fact that it might affect the "total trades" to the point that pendings in the proper direction might not be placed. I am also becoming concerned with the increasing drawdown caused by trades taken in the previous trend direction and not being closed out on a signal reversal. Not being a coder and barely computer literate I have no way to properly suggest solutions.

I will work with the set file to see if I can offset some of the problems previously mentioned and hopefully Bonivest can further refine what I believe to be an outstanding EA.
