this is correct and as I wrote before there will be an update in future for 16.04..

RightClick the label and change the properties!

Now you have told me about it I have turned mine on to very light as its good to be reminded who we pay homage to!

I think that it is great to have the copyright info. Perhaps the font size can be smaller, say may be 6 or 7? This would be less distracting and esthetically more pleasing on smaller screens.

Maybe this could be changed to the bottom left of the chart so as not to interfere with the new candles
