thanks guys, for some reason crap4 wasn't reading the indi properly. i did a quick reinstall and boom. perfect. |

Tomasso I tried to block Range & Rad alerts but still happening and the alert message still shows 16.04 at times. Thanks for such a great product Ray See attached |

Seems you have both versions installed, just remove the 16.04 from your charts and you will get only one alert... Cheers  Tommaso |

hello i have tested today/yesterday the HGI 17.00 version , i have studied the manual from bob long time before , have opened 4 entry signals(LARGE ARROWS appears) and all curencies are stopped out with loss?? has anyone same results or is it possible i have something misunderstood ..... curencies i have traded: EUR/AUD, GBP/USD, AUD/NZD, USD/JPY  my stop loss is BOTTOM OR TOP OF LARGE ARROWS or have closed after WAVY LINES appear how bob written in the manual(TREND OVER) ....so i`m little confused what`s wrong ...so i do`nt know is it a accident of loss(i know not every System is perfect) or i`m wrong what i do ....
