I understand that an EA is normally designed to place for the trade for you--look closely the hint is in the "AUTOMATED EA" part in post 1.

If not, what exactly is automated about the EA indicating where to put the price? I can do that manually. I'm sure there's a lot of others who have the same question but are just too afraid too ask

Don't worry, your questions are valid....!

The EA is supposed to automate something, just not sure what....Based on the earlier post, i have lost interest and turned it off...

From post 1:
Pending trade lines
Instead of sending actual pending trades, the EA places dashed green and red lines on the chart, and then trades when the market crosses the lines.

Which bit of this do you guys not get?

Don't expect to use an ea if you cannot even be bothered to read post 1 properly.

Please read my post again and look at the chart I attached. The EA is NOT -trading when it crosses the lines. Which is what I'm querying--

Are you getting any errors in expert tab.
Also try ECN setting to true .

Have you overlooked placing a tick in the 'allow live trading' tick box on the EA common tab.

Done this a few times myself. :oops:

Buy @ 146.95 , S/L @ 146.145 , TP @ 147.655 Profit +70 PIPS

Friday :-

Sell Order Trigger

Sell @ 145.705 , S/L @ 147.134 , TP @ 144.376 , but as it is Friday Closed position Manually for +50 PIPS

-84 +70 +50 = 33 PIPS
