According Candle Tiger you need to have 3 indicators: (You should be careful about the exact names of these indicators, and not putting the same one but with a slightly modified name)
1)- Awesome (Which is installed by default on every Empty4) No problem with this
2)- RSI2_NT_TMA (This is normally a recent indicator applying RSI 2 periods on NT_TMA) it was posted in this thread (Useful 10.4 thingies by Steve & Others), but but with a slightly different name : 10.4 RSI2_on_NT_TMA.mq4
Which means you have to rename it to RSI2_NT_TMA.mq4 after copying it into expert/indicator folder
3)- CandleTiger said you need a 3rd indi : NT TMATrue SlopeHisto MTF.ex4 (This indi was created by Neotrader and have no mq4 version)
But you have to take care, to use the exact same name transcripted here in Bold.
It remains one curious question I'm wanting to ask CandleTiger, why have you chosen to build this indi as an EA ??
on your point 2: I can't follow your statement. On page 1, the indi is named 10.4 RSI2_on_NT_TMA.mq4 and this is exactly the name I call in the dashboard EA. I just checked: I have no RSI2_NT_TMA.mq4 in my indi folder, so I have no idea why you need to have one with this name.
on your point 3: correct statement, but where is the mess? I at least assume that somebody using the dashboard has installed the 10.4 package. I haven't changed any names.
on the Q: Andy need to answer this
