Okey, before posting my results, a few words about my testing method.

I do my backtests on Alpari-NZ, they provide the historical data directly from their server, Never tried any paid data but what they provide is definitely better than generic Empty4 Shit.

All test will be on tick data, on M5 TF on visual mode. Never trusted Empty4's non-visual tests, plus visual mode shows exactly where the system failed. I'll use M5 because running the tests on M1 with visual mode will take days on my old crappy lappy. Plus, the system has 20 pips gap from one order to another so I guess M5 won't be a problem.

I thinks this type of test is as good as it gets with Empty4. I am currently running Test#1 on entire 2011. Its gonna take a while but man .. I love what I am seeing

The visual backtest I have started took 1 hour to calculate 1 month. Its gonna be 12 hour for the whole year !!

So I couldn't wait that long and did some non-visual backtest.

I'll have to look closer at this now that you gents have it working. I usually don't trust Martingale / recovery systems of any type -- they all eventually blow up and I'm not OK with that. If I understand right, this one doubles the size each time you hit the SL -- sounds like a recipe for disaster. But it looks like it very seldom had any significant drawdown in your backtest. Not sure if we can trust that or not. Do you have a feel for how often it gets N levels deep in the trap?

Look for the spikes on the curve Gary, it doesn't look that bad over a long period, but enough to shake your balls when it actually happens. I won't comment on the stability until I do a visual backtest and verify every trade visually. I'll note the "n" levels when I do that.

That looks incredible! I tried to run a backtest with this, but I'm pretty new to bots.
