Let´s see how Weekly Sto7 works in real time. But it´s so fast and accurate that even if we must skip monday as a trading day it will be still faster than other indis.

Thanks, of course, to Tomasso. I don´t understand yet all the setting features of the indi (TMA?), but it seems he spent a lot of time and did a terrific work here. :hi:

I love daily trades. As I don´t use stop loss I´m used to keep trades for months. This system we´ll be of great help to keep only the good ones. The new swap system you are working on is also very promising for long term traders and I´m happy to see that there is a swap filter coded in the indicator.

Great days ahead
for daily trades!
I can only say I started last week directly after market open with trading this system and I had no loosing trade last week..
Yes TMA-Slope (it uses MA60 ATR) you can use for the exit alert system just set this to true (You must too have ExitAlerts activated)

Cheers :)

Hi, Tomasso

Just a little silly observation. When using black backgrounds there is some difficulty to see clearly the weekly and daily lines plotted on top and bottoms. It´s easy to solve fixing the maximum and minimum to give them some room. I did it manually but perhaps you could think about setting it in the code by default.

No words to thank you for this impressive indicator. :)

10.7/8/9 looks v. exciting - great work Bob & Tommaso & others. Thank you for the evolving systems.

In my quest to understand the validity of historical chart lines I was looking up the formula for stoch & trying some calculations by hand(!).

stoch211cc (on close/close)
%k=(close-LC/(HC-LC)*100
HC & LC for the lookback period=2
(highest close & lowest close)

Now my understanding of the stochastic oscillator used with settings 2.1.1 on close/close & weekly timeframe is that it will return 0 if the currently forming close is less than the previous weeks close, and it will return 100 if the currently forming close is greater than the previous weeks close.

Is that correct Bob/Tommaso/anyone else?

Cheers
Padnoter

p.s. looking forward to a trial on monday...
Yes this is correct..

Cheers :)

Good questions as tried to explain there is a place in every week that price direction has not established itself. It will bounce up and down giving some false signals if 100 is the spot it moves up then at 99.9 it moves down. Then at a100 itmoves up again. If price is non direction like usdjpy last week for three days, it can drive you crazy. So for lower TF I added trendlines to overcome that problem. Milanese added a time factor between signals or the alert system goes crazy. So understand until price commits to a direction you can get that. If you go with bigger numbers you get a delay. The problem resolves it self when the STO7 commits, then the W2.1 will nail itself to the top or bottom and you have your signal. When those two agree and 10.7 all three the info gives you the signal. You don't have to guess be too early or be too late that is the beauty of Milanese info It does all the guess work

This looks the ****ocks guys and perfect timing too :D , only chart time for me for the next 2 weeks will be tail end of Asian and last 3rd of NY, so could I be a cheeky git and ask if there is any possibility of getting some pending order placement scripts that we could drop onto the charts we fancy that'll fire a buy or sell at the STO crossing? Big big  to Bob & Milanese :good:

So in English;
- PA < WO we get the red line on bottom,
- PA > WO we get the red line on top.

Same for the DO and the yellow line?

Am I right?

Hi Xrismak, do you have an indicator to arrange all your charts on one screen or do you have to do it manually, if its an indicator I'd appreciate it.
